Bros, you forget to mention the areas where SouthEast is doing better than SouthWest. The whole of SE is jst the size of Oyo state and I wonder how SE is still full of bushes with IGR lower than Ogun state. Coming to your idea of SS will do better than SW with resource control, if Oil is everything, Oil rich Alberta is not suppose to be doing lesser than Industrial Ontario today. Industriy is the key not Oil. Ogun has higher IGR bcos of the landing industries. Lagos has flourishing water ways air airways controlled by FG. Remember Lagos was asking to retain 1%(jst 1%) of what FG is ripping from Lagos and it didn't fly in the assembly. 49:48 49:48
