    This video is all about grip strength! A few tips we learned from Jason Chu & Nate Moore while working with Ninja Warrior. Also you learn some “in home” grip strength alternatives at the end of this video for the peeps that are stuck inside during lockdown and quarantine. Stay strong and be safe 💪 🙏

    Great video! Another grip tip is to roll dumbbells down the inside of your finger. Use just your grip to pick them up and start again. 3 set, 10 reps 3x a week along with some of the others suggestions will have good results over time.

    Hi Sir. I am practicing wushu at home but my flexibility and split stretching doesnot last for long time. For example If I do full splits and other partner stretching today in my wushu workout and as I cooled down so after few hours my flexibility and splits goes reverse and I got stiffed and I even cannot open my legs on the other day.
    Please guide me how my flexibility lasts for long time and make some guide video for me please.
    I would be very thankful to you for this act of kindness.

    • @Dinoenthusiastguy
      @Dinoenthusiastguy 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's not parkour-related by Athlean-x did a great video on this (KCADorwJ6Ik) - basically you can use a box or chair to see if your hip flexors are strong enough to lift your knee above parallel.

    I have sort of a different problem. Whenever i am on the pull up bar the "mounts" of my hands (the the pimple like thingy where the fingers start) start to hurt which lead to me giving up. Any help here?

      If you find the ads annoying, which many ads are, just skip for now. Also to afford TH-cam ads we have to get people to click. The page through the ad goes into detail with our story, training tips, and program offer. We are tweaking the whole process with our marketing & YT team, so you may find future ad content more enjoyable.
