NEVER Before Seen Video of the HIDDEN 2nd Pyramid INSIDE Kukulkan at Chichen Itza - Anyextee

  • RARE! There is NOT much video footage INSIDE the Pyramid of Kukulkan at Chichen Itza. Despite being one of the new seven wonders of the world, unfortunately, the interior of this iconic pyramid is not well documented in video here on youtube. The interior is no longer open to the general public. The Kukulkan Pyramid or “El Castillo” at Chichen Itza, located in the Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico, is actually 3 pyramidal structures in total. In this video, I take you inside to climb up the 2nd HIDDEN pyramid so we can investigate and experience the hidden chambers within.

    Back in the early 1990’s this was open to the public, anyone who dared the stairs could enter. Too bad about the fences I see, guess I was very lucky to have this experience. A couple days later at Tulum several of us borrowed some local musical instruments and played Tragically Hip songs for a small group while on that pyramid. Also check out the acoustics at the ball court in Chichen Itza

      Thanks for making time to watch this. Im glad you can appreciate that aspect of the video. The face that no on else does was a risk for me to include in a video like this as I wasn't sure how people would feel about it, but its like the music, another risky aspect, but its part of me and what I do so it comes across in the videos. I have over 20 years experience working in the music industry and was an artist myself so the acoustical properties of these structures are importat as is meditation and intonations. I'm planning to do a dedicated video on the music and acoustical properties of the ancients and their structures. You are spot on about the living truth of why these spaces are sacred.

There are ancient Hindu texts which claim the gods traveled to other continents and the similar structures some Mayan myths would indicate somehow these cultures crossed paths.

      Thank you so much for watching and commenting and notcing the growth. I have much more to come. I am literally sitting on over a decades worth of harddrives and files of footage like this from around the world. The rebuild question is a good one. I can't say with certainty because I wasn't there but given all the evidence we have come to understand that ancient cultures had underlying cosmological reasons. Likely based on celestial events. Once a structures time had come, they would ritually decommision the structure but use the older structure as a symbolic seed. The Ancient Egyptians often used a stone from a previous temple. It's not uncommon for the Maya, or Egyptians to build structures ontop of structures. Some see it as a form of dominion just as the practioners of the Church built their churces over many Mesoamerican sites, sometimes using stones from the pyramids or temples to built ther churches they placed on top of them. I do not go into depth in this video but I will be discussing this in more depth here on this channel in the future as well as in my book.

      Thanks for watching. Yes indeed. Sound was very important to all indigenous traditions and ancient cultures but often goes overlooked. Four of the vowel sounds we used in this video were Maya intonations. One was a Rosicrucian vowel sound and two were Aum. Seven in total. I have a chapter on the lost Music of the Maya in my forthcoming book entitled, Water Wizards.

    The structure inside, there looked to be steps leading down into a wall on either side of that doorway. Did they just build onto the already existing pyramids? Like… I imagine “expansion” for them just meant building larger buildings on top of existing structures? Why did they place bones in the walls? What are the holes in the top of the ceiling? Also, there seems to be lighting installed along the steps, and even a no food and drink sign. Were people allowed inside at some point in time but are no longer allowed, now? What does the statue symbolize in front of the Jade throne? What is it used for? Why was the person in the video counting the lines on the crown? I literally have all the questions

I gave you the full tour from the entrance, up the stairs (of the 2nd inner pyramid to the the top of that 2nd structure, where we find the two chambers and then we went back down the stairs to the entrance. There is a lower level that is man-made that leads to the cenote below. There are other ways to access that same cenote at chichen Itza. And there is still a 3rd pyramidal structure hidden within the 2nd, but not even the archeologists have penetrated it yet. Though, there is working going on there now but mostly way below finding more passages to the cenote.

I understand that meditation and practicing sacred vowel sounds is not for everyone, though we are of the opinion the world would be a better place if it was. 4 were sacred Maya vowel sounds used by indignation shaman to evoke the 4 elements, 1 was a sacrws Rosicrucian vowel sound scientifically proven in peer reviewed academic papers to have positive healing affects on the body and two were aum, the primordial sound of creation. Please help me to better understand your point of view, what would using traditional sacred sounds in a sacred space with positive healing intentions be off putting?

      @Anyextee  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you for watching and for adding your comment. It certainly is a temple, but architecturally speaking, it most certainly qualifies as a pyramid as well. It’s considered a step pyramid in academia as well as indigenous tradition as the most venerated local jmen in Yucatán also refer to it as a pyramid. It’s a pyramid. Contrary to what is being taught by some modern teachers, such as Oxceotl, pyramids do not need to be perfect triangles to be considered pyramids. Respectfully I have to disagree. It’s a pyramid.

    • @Anyextee
      @Anyextee  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Matryoshka dolls aka babushka dolls, stacking dolls, nesting dolls, Russian tea dolls, or Russian dolls are a set of wooden dolls of decreasing size placed one inside another. The name matryoshka, means "little matron", is a diminutive form of Russian female first name "Matryona" (Матрёна) or "Matryosha". It is my understanding that Russian and Ukrainian come from the same roots: Old East Slavic.

I can understand my taste in music is not for everyone, but I don't get to pick and choose the music I hear in documentaries or when I use to watch tv. So you were able to go up the inner stairs to see the Jaguar? The entrance is under the left hand side(from the front) I think, is that right? I saw it in...1982, maybe 83 I think. I remember the Jaguar being larger, a different color, with LARGE emerald eyes. Also the room is a different shape when I saw it, I'm pretty sure. I'll have to dig deep in my memories for that one. Do you think that is the original jaguar? My camera was stolen like the very next day, so I lost everything. I spent 3 months on the Yucatan that summer. I was 13/14 years old and I'm 52 now so it's all pretty fuzzy. I don't think they knew about the 3rd inner pyramid at the time OR the senote(sp) part of the story. I wish I could go again...while uploading pictures to the cloud INSTANTLY this time lol. What a waste. All I have is fuzzy memories.
    Thanks for letting me see it again.
