I am pretty sure epic said in the future they will allow colab items in creative but you have to pay half of the money you make from the map to the creator of the colab item
They don't because of copyright agreement, they only last for that season, and that is why a lot of the marvel items that came back were different than before, yet still the same item is since because of that, so there is an extremely low chance of that happening unless they come to an agreement of some sort.
Good point but they are collapsing with them again, and if Disney wants to look good in front of everyone, they should just let Fortnite release the mythic in creative forever
