It's great to let out all your thoughts & emotions to a professional & have their help to get them back in order to be able to process them properly. Lol you books on the bookshelf be like "what about us? read us!" I think it's easier to read on Kindle coz it's easier to hold and turn the page.than a book. I have this kit and this foil bundle and I had no idea what to pair either with...they go so well together! I'm glad you're feeling better! I think therapy can be a good thing for everyone. You don't need massive life trauma to have problems and insecurities and all that. We all have that and I always found it helpful to have someone who is completely not involved in your life to talk to. But it is definitely very hard to find the right person for you. I'm glad you did! I hope things keep going up and know that you got a whole bunch of strangers on the internet routing for you 😂❤
