Steak bites do give wide variety of fish that's why it giving most xp. But if you see consistent xp, sweet paste is better, but no wide range of fish. Steak bites have potential for higher profit and xp at same time, my favorite is steam bites for now
Major correction!!!!! I used sweet paste on a hotspot and got nearly 25915 xp, and when I aimed for only hotspot on 100 sweet paste, I got a whopping 42133 xp!!!!! . Also on clam cubes, on only hotspot, I got nearly 25000 xp. It's all about hotspot! That's what gives you more xp since you get more fish and very less trash. Ofc it takes time and continuous moving, but hotspot benefits you hugely
@@iammeatyjuggernaut1245 i suggest you to focus on leveling first, when you reach 40/50 start leveling on you skill. You can farm gold by selling items from monster drop or from skilling like fishing

Hate to say it but you didn't mentioned foul blood bait and spectral baits, it is expensive but those baits give more xp than any bait.
