Hey Fasti, quick question. In Single-Target arena I used to hate using Praetus due to NOT being able to use his charge up ability in Arena. But now suddenly I can use his ability and he is CRACKED in arena now. Was this mentioned anywhere or talked about by anyone?? I did not see mention anywhere and was just curious
