This Game removed the Lives completely to replace with the Shield meter, unlike the Past games Where You Instantly lost a life if a Bullet hits the Ship. The Shield Meter Decreases when the Ship gets hit by Bullets, If it Reaches 0, It's Game Over.
Could you tell me what I need to do to get the true boss ending? I see you don’t have 2 of your weapons maxed so I know that much, also I can see you’re on the S routes. Is it only achievable if you play through S routes without continues or does it go off level 8 S hit %? Thanks
the cheers are available when you connect online. when you accomplish feats, such as collecting 50 medals, defeated your 100th enemy, found & destroyed a sol, ect., other players can send you a cheer, which replenishes your cheer attack gauge. you also replenish it by sending cheers and defeating enemies. the type of cheer attack depends on who cheered you the most and what ship they are using.
Reach Stage 6 with a B rank then have a destruction rate of less than 90%. You can press the left trigger buttons twice to check your enemy destruction rate. Not sure. I've been getting As and Ss and I recently did an All-S playthrough but no True Final Boss cuz I focused on one weapon only.

is it me or raiden shmup became easy? i dont know significant downgrade from old shmup.. raiden we know are really hard game... also the soundtrack does not epic like before.

Started playing this again recently, that whole section during the battleship boss approach where the tempo switches up is still amazing.

Another decade, another Raiden game. I wonder if the 2020s will grace us with a new entry in the series?
As it turns out, Raiden Nova is set for release at the end of this month.
the graphics are not changed a bit but for the animation changes at all.

how do you get all S A B and C stages? i dont know how to get 7c and 8c stages for the trophy...

How long did you have to practise to play like this?
At least every other day for about 3 months should put you at about this level.

Technically, in Tiger Heli there are no final boss or such, but Twin Cobra does.
Why don't you turn the voices on?
Because the voice acting is bad and gets in the way of the music
If for me, I would turn the voices on, it works the same like Dynasty Warriors games.
Maybe it's just me but the voices are a bad distraction in the way of gameplay.
