Everybody HATES Michael Beale.
Everybody HATES Michael Beale.
Everybody HATES Michael Beale.
as a QPR fan, i am loving it. i'll state some positives first about the snake, i DO think he has it in him to be a top class manager one day. his short stint with us was incredible imo. he was tactically savvy, the team were bossing near enough every game and he had us set up tremendously well for every occassion. as a side note its not often that managers make the right subs at the right time but he always did.
...however... his ego and ambition got the best of him and he's now having to eat humble pie. look, i never expected him to make us into a real life FM save and lead us to CL glory within 4 years but i expected him to be with us for a few years while he learned the trade and made a name for himself.
without going into his loyalty soundbites, unfortunately for him he's a shadey character who gives a great powerpoint presentation and one who vastly overrates his own abilities. if he was an office worker he's the kind of bloke who'd smile to your face and ask you how you're feeling but then go to the boss and spin a tale about how you're mentally unfit for a promotion while hinting he should be promoted.
guy is a snake through and through who has tarnished his reputation and made himself into a laughing stock.
he'll certainly have to go abroad to rebuild his career but as much as i dislike him i do think that he can do just that - so long as he has a long hard look at himself in the mirror.
I love this comment, and I appreciate you taking your time to give your thoughts on him
The way how he treat QPR and turned back on his word I can never respect honestly
@Vizeh how do you feel about Vincent?
You can't blame him for joining the famous, he turned wolves down. I wish he hadn't joined us though he is a shite manager and should go back to coaching. He done ok at qpr cause there's low expectations there. He couldnt handle it at Rangers and couldn't even handle it at Sunderland.
Well he used his best bits for you !
@Powergenetic: You wrote, "i DO think he has it in him to be a top class manager one day."
I respectfully disagree. Regardless of how tactically sound someone is, if he doesn't have the leadership, personality or communication skills to convey his tactics, what good are they? A captain in the army might be a tactical genius, but if he doesn't inspire his men to follow him, he's a poor captain. Or look at it this way: maybe I'm a creative person who wants to become a painter, but if I have a poor eye for color and aesthetics, and if my brush technique is abysmal, I would make a poor painter. If Michael Beale's ONLY skill set is his tactics, then perhaps a wide range of jobs in football is open to him---even coaching----but being a top class manager will always remain out of his reach. Also consider his ever-growing baggage, made worse by this Sunderland fiasco. To become a top class manager he'll need employment at a top class club. Who would risk such an appointment now? I could be wrong.
As an aside, as my Liverpool-loving girlfriend contemplates her preferences for Jurgen Klopp's replacement, I've had endless joy reminding her that Michael Beale is now available. 🤣
Beale facing a Celtic side with multiple injured players out and choosing to park the bus and hit long balls at HOME was the perfect example of how the guy never had a clue. Beale also decided wingers weren't important in modern football which didn't exactly help his reputation either 😂
Been told by Rangers fans that his tactics was baffling but couldn't even explain it as it was so much
@@Vizehall he wanted to concentrate on was through balls through the centre with a really narrow 4-3-3. The end result was that we just couldn't score and when we did it was usually from counter attacks or set pieces. He very quickly lost the old guard players like Tav, Goldson and Lundstrum with this heap of shite. Shit coach but I'm genuinely grateful for the fact he brought Todd Cantwell and Jack Butland to Rangers. S tier signings the pair of them.
That was the worst old firm match I've ever seen. Both teams were awful that day. Terrible advert for the Scottish Premiership.
Considering this is one of the weakest Celtic sides I've ever seen under pressure it's incredible
The fact That Phill Clement has taken the players he brought into the club and turned them into title contenders, league cup winners and topping our group in Europe and being the only side in Scotland to fly the flag AGAIN tells you Beale didnt have a clue what he was doing. No Beale sacking, No Clement. So thank you for getting sacked 😂
As a Sunderland fan. People not liking him had fuck all to do with him being a Southerner.
A lot of our club legends are from the south.
The way he interviewed and talked. You could tell it was all a front. Plus the football was boring as fuck.
I still can’t believe he felt need to bring his accent up😂
@@Vizeh properly because he didn't know what most of us were saying half the time anyway. 😂
He's meant to have been one of them that drops in how good he is at least once in every conversation like John Collins used to be as well
@@stephenm8898 most the time. It was outright lies too.
Taking Mike Dodds records into his.
As a Newcastle fan I was absolutely stunned at how he played down their loss to us. He was completely unphased. Tried to dismiss it. That should not happen in a Tyne-Weir derby.
Exactly despite the gulf between us, we still seen Boro give Chelsea and Villa a go in both Cups at home, Newcastle didn't break a sweat against us. It was embarrassing. Like could've got beat 6 0 and attacked and i would've been less annoyed.
At Rangers, I watched him take over for the 2nd half of a season and manage the team enough to get it to the summer when we all believed he'd make his mark. Instead he created a squad of 22 that was completely unbalanced, lost to an injury ridden celtic team at home, complicate everything and blame everyone but himself. Then he goes to Sunderland and says 'I didn't want to run the whole football club' but publicly stated that , whilst at rangers, he was loving the freedom of picking all his own signings, unprompted. His arrogance surpasses his management and I hope he takes the time to reflect on himself before making a return to coaching
I'm not a Sunderland fan but I think that the reason why they didn't give Michael Beale time was because the majority thought that the initial decision to get rid of Tony Mowbray was baffling considering that he took a squad of youngsters and massively overachieved and still did not have the owner's full backing.
From the outside it looked like Mowbray was a good fit for Sunderland because he was a very popular character and played a big part in developing the young talent that the club had thrown at him, so it's not surprising that fans were greatly underwhelmed with Beale being his successor
I think many can agree to that too, if you want to be ambitious and move forward I don’t think Beale was the one
No half the fan base wanted him gone not realising the grass is not always greener
As a Hibs fan I can safely say Mowbray is the best manager we’ve had in 40 years.
The guy knows what he’s doing.
Had us in europe a couple times.
@@craigratioyous gave him a new contract and he walked out for the WBA job is that correct I did read that somewhere
@@craigratio, Tony Mowbray did a fantastic job at Hibs! I've always liked him, he was one of my favourite Celtic players in the early 90s!
Very funny that people were claiming this guy was the real genius behind Gerrards invicible season in Scotland while managing Rangers
It was widely discussed, remember it well
It didn’t come from Stevie though did it
Here's my theory, I believe Steven Gerrard being a big star kept Michael Beale's ego in check and Michael's tactics coming out of Stevie's mouth sounded more convincing to the players.
The combo worked but independently, both are floundering!
@@HarrisonCoeyes it did it called teamsport was clough good on his own no
@@HarrisonCoe then how the fucc rangers dominated the league back then when both manager and assistant were awfull? one of them must be bad not both. I know which one the better one
As a wolves fan, I'm so glad he turned us down to go to Rangers. He would have been like Nathan Jones at Southampton and would have gotten us relegated
You hit gold with Gary O'Neil and as you've stated dodged a huge fucking bullet with Beale, he's football poison
I can't lie i was strongly under the impression all of Gerrard's success was down to him, it especially appeared that way on how we ended up in a relegation battle the season after he left
I feel like a lot of people felt that way too!
Looking back I think they needed each other
He’s a great coach, just a bad manager
@@oamusic4710maybe those 2 should get back together.
Gerrard is decent but offcourse his replacement is better the narative of him is the same level of lampard, rooney didnt help his reputation
What he did to Gio was terrible, Rangers fans will always love GVB for what he did as a player and manager. Sacking him for Beale was an utter disgrace. Gio welcome back anyway, Beale don’t bother. One thing I will say in his defence is he has two young kids who I feel sorry for if their dad is receiving massive online hate.
To go to the games and talk to the players before the manager was even sacked is always poor move honestly
@@Vizeh Despicable move and shows what a snake the man is. He's nothing more than a barrow boy who talks a good game but doesn't come up with the goods.
Beale is the living embodiment of the difference between a football coach and a football manager.
Good point
Put it this way, I'm a Celtic fan and was genuinely gutted when Rangers gave him the boot. Especially now, I wish he was still there.
What a great story
@@Vizeh not to mention as well in his first press conference with Rangers he basically made the comments that Ange Postecoglou was only doing well with us cuz he'd spent more money and called him lucky. fast forward to now, one of them is currently coaching Tottenham and is in a top 4 race in the prem, the other just got sacked twice in five months.
We started the season with the clown and still top the league🤣🤣Are Brendan is abit of a tool also. 56 in coming

For me if you look at some of the stories, such as how he forced out players like fashion sakala with very poor treatment from rangers in favour of players like Sam lammers who, even though sakala was extremely inconsistent, wasn’t nearly to the same level, he wasn’t a manager, he was just the head coach
Indeed the Sakala story was just baffling
@@Vizeh He was a fan favourite aswell
Also treated Colak badly who’s 100x better than Dessers
Still miss sakala 😢
QPR fan here, you may remember me from the qpr downfall video. My thoughts on beales downfall: I’m fucking buzzing. We all know the way he left us was atrocious but what made it worse were the two abysmal appointments after it. Issue with us was it wasn’t just the fans who felt betrayed it was the players, they bought in to a long term beale project and some of them simply couldn’t care less about playing under critchley. I’ll say it quietly because I don’t want him to get poached by another club but our manager Cifuentes is twice the manager he is and speaks much more humbly than the Moley snake.
I don’t blame you at all lad honestly
Cifuentes is a manager? I thought we just loaned him out 🤣🤣
@@Thefamousrfc70Marti Cifuentes is a Spanish manager qpr hired from Swedish team Hammarby
It’s just a pity he’s gone before our away game against Sunderland, 90 mins of abuse of The FLT “Fat Little Traitor” Would have been the best of away days !!
as a Birmingham City fan, can michael beale manage the other 23 clubs in championship so we win every week
😂😂😂
Mowbray will get the best out of his players. I'm still surprised that he was sacked with Sunderland in 8th. He'd of turned it round, plenty of knowledge and experience has Mowbray...Why swap Tony Mowbray for Michael Beale who, career wise is not on Mowbrays level. Last 20 years will show that. Birmingham should be in good hands. Should be 😊🙏💪😉👌
Everybody hates Michael Beale - the newest sitcom from the creators of Malcolm in the Middle drops Aug 15th on Netflix
Hopefully there's a Chris rock and Terry Crews there too
I would watch it
He left QPR and left he club completely in the lurch, and he betrayed all of the players that he apparently persuaded to come along to QPR. It's a message to other managers/players out there that not only does the impacted club (QPR) not forgive him, but other fans don't like it either. He tried to move up too quickly, he could have had a really good thing at QPR, but as far as I can see he's blown all his credibility now.
As a qpr fan, I lost my respect for him when he left. If he left for wolves I would’ve been upset but kinda understood. But to make a big deal about staying and then turning around and leaving was low. Really low. Glad he’s cooked
Shouldn’t have got to big for his boots and left qpr
The Loyalty comment will forever be laughed at and it should

Bro, this guy was a assistant to Rogério Ceni in São Paulo FC, didn't know he became a manager of his own

@@Vizeh Yeah, Beale worked here in Brazil back in 2017 lol
Sunderland fan here and when he was brought in in the first place, no one wanted him and the fans wanted will still / Kim helburg. He came into a very toxic atmosphere and the only bit of affection he got was when his niece died and we all clapped for him. And to add onto his arrogance, he had a burner account where he would slander Sunderland fans and the board (Louis-Dreyfus and Speakman etc etc), he also called the Sunderland fans outsiders in an interview after a loss.
Tbf, your club is a bit of as joke so I'm not at all surprised if that is true! Sounds very Sunderland-esque!
@@TheAlphaDingowho do you support mate?
The outside noise comment is baffling, as if that would ever make the situation better
@@Vizeh he was the wrong fit. Mowbray had ran his course, we just shouldn’t have replaced him with Beale.
His niece did NOT die, she is very much alive and is receiving chemotherapy today.
I have mostly negative feelings towards Beale and his time at Rangers. The positives are that he signed some excellent playsrs, Jack Butland, Todd Cantwell are absolutely phenomenal and Cyriel Dessers and Balogun are doing well too.
But the tactics were just so bad.. if losing to Aberdeen of all teams at home wasn't bad enough, if parking the bus against an awful Celtic side that were apprehensive before the match wasn't bad enough... he had the players wasting time at the corner flags at home against Motherwell. I can't forgive that, it was a new low for Rangers.
Phillipe Clemment has undone the damage Beale has done and restarted the title race. He was very unlucky not to nip a draw against Celtic but we're still ahead now and it's feasible that we could enter the split undefeated in our next 9 games.
The things that got leaked on Twitter that he had a burner account was too funny 😂. How can you do that and somehow spin a positive on ignoring your own player?
I kind of had to ignore that simply as I don't know if that was actually him that did it to be fair

Im a Sunderland fan. Honestly i wasnt pleased with him coming in, it wasnt an upgrade on Mowbray and his stint at rangers really made me think he wasnt good. Then we lost first game 3-0 and performances were just awful, his comments to the fans wasnt good and he was just so arrogant. I went to the Birmingham game at the weekend and it was just awful, we only scored due to a mistake and got outplayed. Very glad hes gone and now we got to back Dodds until the end of the season. 🔴⚪🔴⚪🔴⚪
As a Celt, I'll miss him. A true legend of the modern game like 🍀
I will forever hate Beale for the way he treated Ianis Hagi. He was loved by the whole fanbase, and he removed him from the squad and then sent him to Spain.
he was a great coach at rangers but as a manager he moved to rangers too soon, its one of the biggest jobs in britain with unmatched pressure that he just wasnt ready for it. Hope things gets better for the guy but he needs some time and not just rushing into something again
I agree he needs some time out of football 100%
@@Vizehmaybe even permanently perhaps...
If Beale actually done the things he said he would do he’d be manager of Real Madrid. Certainly talks the talk but that’s it he’d make an unbelievable car salesman don’t get me wrong as us rangers fans were led to believe we’d be like prime Barca after his summer signings came in. Just a gobshite some of his signings are actually decent as well he signed cantwell and raskin last jan this summer sima, butland, dessers and Danilo have all turned into good signings with our new manager actually knowing what he’s doing and 2 of his summer signings have already been shipped out on loan
As a Sunderland fan, this is correct
Who do you want to come in?
Yeah as a Celtic fan, Michael Beale will truly go down as a Celtic club legend. My hero🥹
Beale is delusional, HOW CAN YOU PLAY PARK THE BUS AT HOME IN A DERBY?!
You should cover Torquay United, Gary Johnson is still manager there despite relegation to the sixth tier and currently languishing in mid table, 1 win in 11 games, and the win only came against bottom of the league. He's labelled the fans that want him out as the "wrong fans" and the club has told the stewards to remove banners, search kids before entering the ground etc. It would be good to get a spotlight on what is going on down at Plainmoor to the wider football community.
Great vid as always.
Will have a look into it pal
@@Vizeh just gone into administration. Oh boy.
Very good coach but very poor manager.
Was good at being part of the Steven Gerrard team and during his first stint at Rangers at times we played some sublime football.
Mostly in Europe as during that time we had some amazing nights.
Starting from Round 1 and getting into the group stages in season 1.
Back to Back Last 16 in seasons 2 & 3.
But the pinnacle was the league title winning season domestically when we played everyone off the pitch.
Fast forward to his return.
Gone was the face and grit of Gerrerd and the additional coaching skills of Gary McAllister and Andy Culshaw.
The return of Beale saw us play good football but couldn’t do the one thing that is most important- beat Celtic.
Yes he won 3-0 in what was a dead rubber of a game with the league clinched.
But the start of season 23/24 was an utter disaster both in the league and in Europe.
The team look lethargic and had no real shape or style.
Beale would give these strange press conferences that made no sense or totally contradictory to what he said in the previous.
Added to his terrible man management of certain players - Sakala, Colak and Hagi are the three main examples.
It was took big a jump for him
To go from assistant to manager.
He should just stick to the coaching side.
From a QPR fan's perspective:
I / we really were behind Beale as you say, I personally wasn't too happy about us getting rid of Warburton, but Beale said the right things and got the results, and then when we're doing great also turns down a prem team. Everything seemed perfect. However, that Birmingham game was the turning point. A lot of people look at it as if we were promotion candidates under beale and then only after he left did we start to struggle, but the form between the Wolves approach and the Rangers announcement was absolutely diabolical. Including the Birmingham game itself it was 4 losses and 1 draw in that period. We looked absolutely dire. I think he was already in communication with Rangers when Wolves came knocking, and to be honest if Rangers wasn't on the cards I think he would have jumped at the Wolves job. His little speech about loyalty cemented him as untrustworthy and he's somehow managed to knock Mark Hughes off of my most hated QPR managers list after doing so well initially.
To compound the issues above, when he was doing well with us for that short spell, he found a setup and a core team and by god did he stick to it. He ran half of our team into the ground, and by the time he left we had people dropping like flies due to various injuries and muscle pulls / strains. He had no concept of rotation and we're still paying the price for it, with people like Willock being a shadow of his former self after struggling with injuries for the past year. Beale's plan A mentality was really evident whenever we picked up injuries in games and had to make subs, I remember the Wigan game right before the Birmingham one, where we lost johansen just before half time and in the second half the whole team looked totally lost in terms of game plan and we just held on for dear life. Fun fact - after the Wigan game we only managed 4 wins in our next 30 matches!
There is a cynical part of me that thinks a short stay with us was Beale's plan all along, which is why he ran so many players into the ground and got in loans that seemed to lose interest the second he jumped ship. There's no reason to plan for the whole season when you're only ever intending to see a small bit of it.
Outside of my perspective, the lack of interaction with the subbed Sunderland player is disgusting. That's not the action of a leader and anyone who's involved with any sport at any level should behave better.
Great video, btw.

As a Geordie... I love him 😂😂
Geordie humor is so basic it hurts.
@@hutchhound3788 ..... Aye good one
As a QPR fan I can wish nothing but the worst for him
as a Rangers fan i am very happy to see this mans downfall. He sold us a bill of goods
I’m a Sunderland fan, I was never a fan but was willing to give him time, his record wasn’t the worst and we aren’t really any worse off than we were when we sacked Mowbray, we are still just hanging on there or thereabouts, but his key decision making was terrible and his ability to not be able to see what was happening in front of his eyes was at times confusing at best. I think it was more his attitude that was the let down though and I think that’s what led to his quick exit. I hope for better next!
As a rangers fan I will say that he is a good coach working under a manager. He won us a league championship with Steve G but as for being the actual manager and responsibilities that are involved he is well out his depth. Players didn’t seem to like him and some of his interviews were baffling to say the least.
As a Rangers supporter, I welcomed his appointment. In fact, I wanted him to take over when Gerrard left, so when he returned to the club I had high hopes. It didn't work out, but I don't hold it against the guy. He has loads of potential but it's obvious there are aspects of being a manager to which he is not yet suited. I wish him the best.
As a Rangers fan, GvB being sacked was rough because we all knew he wanted to bring success to the club and it just didn’t quite happen. Beale was linked and I thought well he was supposedly the tactician behind winning the league undefeated and he loved the club why not. It was the obvious choice at the time but as the manager he didn’t have a Gerrard to keep in line the buck stopped with him which ultimately leads to the arrogance in my opinion. He was not ready for the hot seat if you compare Clement in charge now he has been there and done it and you can tell by the way he handles himself in the media, on the touchline and with the fans.
Ian Beale had a fan base QPR.. the club gave him his 1st break as manager then he stabbed us all in the back.
Leave him alone.Michael is a human being with a family.
Jobi McAnuff summoned up his time at Sunderland perfectly:
'He’s taken a young, energetic, vibrant team and just dulled it down really. They haven’t been any better. I don’t know who is going to be in a rush to reappoint him'.
I'm sure he's a great coach, but his game management was poor. He didn't know how to play to the team's strength.
The volume was much too quiet here, causing me to turn the volume up to the max. At the end when an advert came on, it gave me a fucking heart attack.
This guy Thogden work rate is crazy! 🤠
Sunderland fan here. I understand we did not take a liking to Beale from day one but all he had to do was not make the team worse. Unfortunately that's exactly what he did. He took a positive attacking team with a good attitude that just needed some tightening up at the back and to create chances for a striker and turned it into a tactically clueless, drab team full of dropped heads. He insulted the fans and blamed specific (young, still learning) players for losses in his interviews and came across like a cocky moron who thought he was a genius. Most of us saw this coming, it was a terrible appointment that should never had happened but he was available and cheap. I'm surprised the board reacted this quickly to sack him but I'm glad they did because it'll take a while to undo his mistakes.
As a Sunderland fan we should never had appointed him in the first place, I knew how it would go after his stint at rangers, the Hume thing just put the icing on the cake. It was a terrible board decision
Turning up at Ibrox when Gio was still the manager was a proper snake move, that got him off on a real sour note. His transfer business at Rangers was poor this year, but to be fair I don't know if he can cop all the flak for that, our board did sanction these moves without a proper scouting system or DOF in place. Overall I don't really consider him that bad a manager, but it's hard to argue with those that do when you look at what his successor has done with the same squad. Taking the Sunderland job so soon after Rangers feels like a sign of arrogance as well, as he didn't stop to reflect on what went wrong for him. Feels like hes just fired in without learning anything and as a result, complaints about his style of play at Sunderland sound awfully familiar to a Gers fan.
was liked at rangers when he was assistant manager but a few years later when he took the rangers manager role everything went wrong… the move came far too soon
Remember guys, if you are a decent manager and you accept a offer from Rangers, you know your managerial career is about to come crashing down after leaving rangers, Stevie and Beale know far too well
They are doing decent now to be fair
Mr Clement doing not to bad with a gegg team🤣🤣Stevie G left in high regard hence Villa wanting him. So your comment is null and void I’m afraid. Infact I’m putting it down as complete nonsense!
Big Brenda's careers spiralling out of control at celtic
Not if you actually do a decent job
As a Sunderland fan, I was confused when Beale came in because it was a weird appointment as it seemed to coming out of nowhere and it didn’t work for the start
Sunderland fan here. No fans wanted him and were surprised he got the job. He took everything good built under Mowbray, and made us boring and took us backwards. Made weird digs about the fans, and then there’s the Trai Hime handshake. He’s probably wrote off our season but relieved he is gone!
I was more optimistic than some due to his short success at QPR. I don’t think he’s a bad tactician, but is let down by his abysmal man management (getting everyone at a club to dislike him), and that he has replaced good, well liked managers at Rangers and Sunderland
Even when we lost to M'well and Benfiva with Clement I feel that the team wasn't so bad as the games we win with him in the place. Thank God he's not our gaffer anymore.
He’s a great coach but a terrible manager.
Need to do a video on Neil Harris given the news this week
Was a terrible appointment by sunderland and that trai Hume moment was beyond embarrassing, tactics were a mess and press conferences were beyond abysmal
As a sunderland fan he has no tactics we went from playing the best football in the league to rubbish
The way he took the rangers job from under club legend GVB was sickening and the irony of him losing 3-1 to Aberdeen in the same fixture he pulled that stunt is just a prime example of Karma coming back to bite him in the arse. (GVB won that game by 4 goals btw)
Felt like he set rangers back 6 years the way he had us playing
It obviously wasn't working out at Rangers but his signings weren't nearly as bad as is being portrayed. Lammers and Cifuentes have bombed - but Cantwell has been very good, Sterling looks promising, Dessers is improving and scoring plenty, Sima was great before his injury and Danilo was looking good but has been terribly unlucky with injuries also. This whole furore has went too far with dragging the guy through social media. He has a family too and this will be affecting them also.
Thank you vizeh for addressing Michael Beale at my club. As a Sunderland fan I honestly always hated him before he came. Love you vizeh
Naw man everyone doesn't HATE him, that's absurd. He is a very poor Manager (at least his last two posts) but as part of a coaching set-up he has very positive input.
Your title is just pure clickbait.
So he is a Peter Taylor who needs to find his Brian Clough...we know Stevie G isnt that caliber, wonder if Beale will find his true Footy Manager partner 🤔
Think he's been harshly done by tbh. Cant really expect much of him when he has spuds like O'Nien and Ballard pretending to be footballers. He would have kept Sunderland up which is realistically what they can hope for being a small, poorly run club.
Getting embarassed by Newcastle didn't help either, no one expected us to win - or even draw. But the style we played (playing out from the back against an extremely energetic and well worked press) gave us absolutely no chance and meant that we were bound to get destroyed, and did...
I just want to throw some defence here. All your points are valid. However in his defence as rangers manager his record at rangers despite several first team injuries throughout his tenure, is better than Brendan Rogers current spell as Celtic manager which is taking over one of the most dominant sides we've seen in Scotland under Ange.
However the rest of your points are valid and I have no arguments. Beale needs to go back to being a first team coach. I also believe Beale and Gerrard no longer talk over the brains behind the Gerrard regime comments
as a rangers fan I we were made to believe he was the brains behind Stevie G winning 55, therefore thinking he was the answer to our problems... needless to say we were dead wrong.
Rangers fan here, here’s my take on Beale. I was always sceptical of him. And to be brutally honest, Rangers sacking him and replacing him with Phillipe Clement was quite honestly the best decision the club has made this season, the turnaround in form and a league cup win can attest to that.
And while I’m neutral towards Sunderland, I can honestly say that Beale is holding the Black Cats back, Sunderland’s decision to sack Mowbray and replaced him with Beale who didn’t make the cut at Rangers, was a horrible mistake on their part, and I feel so bad for the team… they deserve to be fighting for promotion into the Premier League, not mid table mediocrity in the Championship, or relegation back to League One…
I think the sound doesn’t match the video, but that could be my screen
I think that's a fair summary of what happened at QPR, even on top of the league those of us who looked up xG tables and so on could see that it wasn't sustainable. In the end the cracks in the squad opened up to the point where they would have gone down without somehow winning at Burnley off 3 shots and 20% possession AND Reading's points deduction.
As a Sunderland fan I was gutted seeing us get a manager no one’s heard of that’s just been sacked off by rangers instead of all the other managerial candidates like will still. I just feel as though he was the worst option the board could’ve picked.
How he got he Rangers job was sheer stupidity by the Rangers board. Some fans made a noise and the board listened...then we were awful. A team that went to the UEFA cup final looked like utter shite. it is not easy to pick a manager, Rangers have went with a tough but very fair guy in Clement. Sunderland took someone who really isnt fit to manage anyone, good coach though.
Rangers fan here. Beale was not wanted by supporters from the get go. Even when we got put into the bottom tier of Scottish football we had unity, hope and looked ambitiously into the future. That all completely went out the window with Beale, the way he entered the club, his arrogance, his signings, his interviews and obviously results put us into a very dark place. Why Sunderland gave him a chance is beyond me. Guys a snake and will never see any success as a manager. Phillip clement has come in and steadied the ship and restored order , doing so with the abysma
As a Sunderland fan i can't lie i do not have 1 positive thing to say about him
That's sad ain't it
Hahahaha this doesn't even mention the twitter account he had where he'd defend himself anonymously 😂😂
Do you print your designs or is it done by third party?
The way he treated Fashion Sakala was a disgrace. Alright the guy wasnt the best but he loved rangers and always gave 100%. Then he brought in Lammers, off seeing him as a 9 year old, and Dessers. Who both wish they was the player Fashion is
Before this starts, I want to say, I hate Michael Beale. I have never hated a rangers manager before, I even gave him the benefit of the doubt after he left, thinking he was just a bit out of his depth, overlooking his arrogance, they way he conducted himself in press conferences etc. but what tipped me over the edge, was hearing how he treated players he forced out the club, like fashion sakala, that was unacceptable
As a Rangers fan, Beale was undoubtedly one of the worst managers I’ve seen in my lifetime. Lost every meaningful game he took charge of (cup final/semi final, UCL playoff, Old Firms), signed horrid players (Lammers especially), and was a bad man manager as well, with his treatment of Sakala when he left the main standout. Always shocked me how he got the Sunderland job after us, and don’t expect him to get another job for a good while, if ever again.
Not a single Rangers fan had a problem with him signing until he was close to being sacked, that's when the rangers fans started saying what every other fan in the country had been saying the whole time he was manager there, every single one of them were claiming he was the brains behind Gerrard.
As a wolves fan thank god he turned us down. Flying high with Gary O'Neil
Moving from Queens Park Rangers to Rangers after 35 days is crazy. What’s next for him the New York rangers ice hockey team?
Arrogance? I went to a Sao Paulo match when he was Rogerio Ceni's assistant and as he walked around the pitch more than an hour before the match i shouted "Hey Beale, what's up?" in English and he waved at me. So, arrogant? Not so sure
Wait until you see the thread where Beales burner account gets exposed hahah 😮
Rangers fan chiming in. I think a lot of fans forget that Beale haz a 72% win rate as Rangers manager, which is one of the club's highest. His tactics were... meh. They didn't help us in the big games, games where the points truly mattered, but by and large his style of play didn't completely hurt us. I will say I am beyond pleased with how Philippe Clemente is doing, but when you look at Beale's record on the whole he wasn't really that bad; the guy simply wasn't up for the task when it counted.
Also, when you look at the players he brought in: Cantwell, Raskin, Butland, Sima, Dessers (he's only just coming into form), bringing back Balogun... he's made some good choices.
The thing about Rangers (and Celtic too, for that matter) is that they're gonna flat track bully all but one team in that league, so of course you're gonna have a lot of wins when all but one team is unable to get close to the resources you can.
Rangers fan here, so unbelievably glad we sacked him as I never wanted him in the first place, he knew what he was doing turning up to Ibrox when Gio van Bronckhorst was under pressure. He came here, played stinking football, spoke too much and like he had won it all and spunked 15M on utter crap, he’s such an arrogant man child especially with what’s going on with his Twitter burner account. So glad we moved on and now have a proper manager in Clement, he has managed to drag Beale’s squad top of our UEL group and has won the league cup this season and also got us 2 point ahead of Celtic with being 8 points behind when he came in. Onwards and upwards for big Belgian Phil Clement
He's an amazing coach. One of the best coaches about but he's not a manager
Don’t know who this guy is, had no idea everyone hates him. Let’s see if I will hate him after watching the vedio lol. Big up Vizeh
Anyone in the same bot as me lol

What makes you think that “ everybody “ hates Michael Beale. Some like him, others (like myself) couldn’t care less about him. So how does that make it “ everybody ?”
As a Rangers supporter he doesn't known what he is doing as manager and the players in his team didn't know what they were supposed to be doing. To beat Michael Beales teams you just have to play the ball down the wings. I knew that and every manager he played against knew that the only person who didn't get it was Beale.
As a Rangers fan, I can honestly say he's up there in the running of being our worst manager of all time.
Beale had a team with Ozzy Kakay top of the championship. let that sink in
As a Newcastle fan he was doing a great job at Sunderland 😂
I can believe you on that
Fantastic job. He made Dan Ballard the 🐐
Fucking mags can't help themselves.
Always commenting on "little Sunderland"
Hilarious mate, you think of that one all by yourself?
Just waiting for all the mags to comment "I loved him time at Sunderland". 🤦♂️.
They are obsessed.
I think even if he was former manager of Real Madrid or Barcelona he would still get this much criticism for his behaviour, he seems far far too big for his boots, even Jose Mourinho isn't this bad.
At Rangers he got the players in on a day off for extra training cause they were bad on Saturday but he didn't turn up himself haha.
