When I was in 9th grade, I used to think of this as "The Sandbag" (parody of the "Bean Bag" song from the "Hap Palmer" CD --Can a Jumbo Jet Sing the Alphabet?). It's called "The Sandbag" (featuring Sandbag in Super Smash Bros MELEE --who appears in the Home Run Contest stadium mode). BTW, what if Super Smash Bros N64 comes to Nintendo Switch Online for Switch?
Anyway, here are the full lyrics to the song "The Sandbag":
    Jump to the song: 0:25-2:39
    THE SANDBAG
(Hap Palmer) Throw the Sandbag and catch.
Turn around, turn around, smash Sandbag.
    Throw the Sandbag and catch.
Choose Yoshi, use down "A", smash Sandbag.
(Hap Palmer and group) Use the down "A" move and strike it with the bat.
To unlock N64 Yoshi's Island, hit 1350 feet.
(Hap Palmer) Throw the Sandbag and catch.
(Hap Palmer and group) Turn around, turn around, smash Sandbag.
(Hap Palmer) Throw the Sandbag and catch.
(Hap Palmer and group) Choose Yoshi, use down "A", smash Sandbag.
(Hap Palmer and group) Use the down "A" move and strike it with the bat.
To unlock N64 Yoshi's Island, hit 1350 feet.
(Hap Palmer) Put it on your shoulder.
(Kids) Put it on your shoulder.
(Hap Palmer) Put it on your elbow.
(Kids) Put it on your elbow.
(Hap Palmer) Put it on your knee.
(Kids) Put it on your knee.
(Hap Palmer) Put it on your back now.
(Kids) Put it on your back now.
(Hap Palmer) Put it on your stomach.
(Kids) Put it on your stomach.
(Hap Palmer) Put it on your finger.
(Kids) Put it on your finger.
(Hap Palmer) Put it on your foot.
(Kids) Put it on your foot.
(Hap Palmer) Put it on your arm now.
(Kids) Put it on your arm now.
(Hap Palmer and group) Use the down "A" move and strike it with the bat.
To unlock N64 Yoshi's Island, hit 1350 feet.
    (Hap Palmer) Throw the Sandbag...!
(Hap Palmer and group) ...And catch!
    Turn around, turn around,
    (Hap Palmer) Smash Sandbag.
    (Hap Palmer) Throw the Sandbag...!
(Hap Palmer and group) ...And catch!
    Choose Yoshi, use down "A",
    (Hap Palmer) Smash Sandbag.

When I was a kid my teacher insisted that the song was saying “put it on your hand and walk around the room” and she got super mad when someone would put it on their head lol

Starting in Dec. 26, 2011 (but until Oct. 2016), the Super Smash Bros series games that I had was Super Smash Bros MELEE, Super Smash Bros BRAWL, and Super Smash Bros N64 on VC for Wii (1st old Wii in Dec. 26, 2011/2nd old Wii in Dec. 2013). (NOTE: My 2nd old Wii was from the start of Apr. 2013 and I had all the Nintendo related Wii VC games --NES, Super Nintendo, and N64. All of them except for Super Smash Bros N64. And I got Super Smash Bros N64 on there in Dec. 2013 --which takes place in the Christmas season of my 1st year at ACT "ACT 2013-2014". As for my 1st old Wii, I got it to replace the old Wii from Spring 2008 which died out on reading game discs at the start of Dec. 2011. So for the 1st old one, I got Super Smash Bros N64 on there. And that came along with the first new pre-owned Wii from Game Stop. There was only one VC game on there --and it was Super Smash Bros N64.) So needless to say, for both of these two old Wiis, I had the last 2 games in the Smash series (MELEE and BRAWL) and Smash 64 on VC for Wii.
I replaced the word "bean bag" in this song with "Sandbag" and re-named the song as "The Sandbag". This song refers to Sandbag in Super Smash Bros MELEE. The unlockable stage N64 Yoshi's Island is unlocked by getting 1350 feet in the Home Run Contest with Yoshi.
These are the lyrics to the said song:

In MELEE, there are twenty five characters (or twenty six if Zelda and Sheik are considered different) and twenty nine stages. However, 14 characters and 18 stages are available from the start. (NOTE: MELEE is the second installment in the Super Smash Bros series. And it was released in Dec. 3, 2001.)

My kids did this at the local library 18 plus years ago I still remember my toddler daughter “No!no! …no Beanbag!” She was tired of hearing it at home it was one of those brain worm tunes I couldn’t get out of my head!😅
