Great review just what I’ve been looking for. Ordered this last week from TFT still waiting for it, wish I ordered from eBay as plenty of suppliers have it in stock.
Hi good video , Is that a hook bait pouch you have ,if so would that fit in one of the outer pockets.Just Working out if my gear would fit in a the larger version. Thanks
No chest strap on the recon pack means you will struggle to keep the pack from falling off. And it looks like they forgot to include one on the larger pack as well.
@@hfangling5265 It is definitely an issue for me, having a chest strap reduces stress on the neck, back and shoulders and makes a pack far more comfortable to wear. You’d think someone in the business of making rucksacks for anglers to carry heavy gear would know that.
Joss Cues I totally agree on this. Really want this bag but can’t believe they didn’t add the chest strap it makes such a difference when walking with it. U can always add one but we shouldn’t have to if we are paying good money for it
I’ve got the recon rucksack and I get everything in it , alarms , spare tackle , brew kit etc and never needed more space
Great review, I got the old recon and have pre ordered the new rucksack, so nice to see it while I’m still waiting for TFT to reply to me!

Yes it does! Same as the Recon. Great feature.
Hi! Can you tell me the internal measurements of main compartment?... I mean the Recon, Cheers!!
Internal main compartment: 40cm (h) x 30cm (w) x 27cm (d)

tbf I have never had an issue with the Recon Rucksack not having a chest strap.

Is that the xl workbox in the recon rucksack?
And would the standard workbox fit into the top pocket of the subterfuge 🤔
Standard workbox
@@djstarscream no i don't think it would
@@hfangling5265 thanks for letting me know
Is that the nash subterfuge work box inside your recon?
And is it the medium or xl?
yes it is. It is the standard size in the recon. You would get the bigger one in the bigger bag.
