I had this happen when I worked at arctic circle in Utah. We would cook the chicken twice: Once to blanch, and a second time to get it ready for the customer. We would put completely raw chicken covered in breading in our fryers and then we would put it in a large freezer to get it out of the danger zone. We were suppose to take it out after like 45mins to an hour and a half and then put it in a refrigerator area. But sometimes people left it in the freezer for more than 3 hours and then when you put it in for the second cooking it wouldn't cook all the way; it had to be taken out of the freezer before completely freezing or sometimes we would accidentally serve raw chicken if we didn't cook it a minute longer.

Wait until you request the dry seasonings from bdubs on the wedges. Salt and Vinegar on the wedges is a must or add queso! My favorite sauces from Bdubs is garlic buffalo(spicy buffalo), asian zing, and jammin' jalapeno. Bummer about the raw chicken, damn the 1st rule of serving food is that no raw chicken policy.
i used to work at wingstop for quiet a while and i use to always sauce up some original hot and re drop them in the oil so it soaks up the sauce in the chicken and so it also crisps a bit more then put lemon pepper seasoning on them afterwards wit a bit more of hot sauce depending if the pen was charged

I got some raw wings from Wingstop a couple of weeks ago, like I bit into it same as you and it was straight up pink. When I saw the video title, I assumed it was gonna be Wing Stop that messed up the order, I’ve never experienced anything like that at B-Dubs.
Damn I’ve never had this happen once in my life. Makes me wonder how this mistake was even possible to make… I mean that chicken looks like it’s cooked about as much as a piece of seared ahi tuna, meaning the surface is the only thing that’s remotely cooked yet the breading looked perfectly browned. How is that even possible? That oil must’ve been way too hot and browned the breading far before the chicken could cook.
