Buffalo was cookin' until they served you raw. From an aesthetic standpoint, their chicken sandwich does look much better. It's a damn shame that wasn't fully cooked. Nothing worse than biting into that rubbery texture knowing there may damn well be some salmonella involved.

I had this happen when I worked at arctic circle in Utah. We would cook the chicken twice: Once to blanch, and a second time to get it ready for the customer. We would put completely raw chicken covered in breading in our fryers and then we would put it in a large freezer to get it out of the danger zone. We were suppose to take it out after like 45mins to an hour and a half and then put it in a refrigerator area. But sometimes people left it in the freezer for more than 3 hours and then when you put it in for the second cooking it wouldn't cook all the way; it had to be taken out of the freezer before completely freezing or sometimes we would accidentally serve raw chicken if we didn't cook it a minute longer.
At 1 point in time BWW was #1 nationwide in the wing game. Hard fall from grace.

Wait until you request the dry seasonings from bdubs on the wedges. Salt and Vinegar on the wedges is a must or add queso! My favorite sauces from Bdubs is garlic buffalo(spicy buffalo), asian zing, and jammin' jalapeno. Bummer about the raw chicken, damn the 1st rule of serving food is that no raw chicken policy.

i used to work at wingstop for quiet a while and i use to always sauce up some original hot and re drop them in the oil so it soaks up the sauce in the chicken and so it also crisps a bit more then put lemon pepper seasoning on them afterwards wit a bit more of hot sauce depending if the pen was charged

6/10 is perfect for wingstop fries. while they can be good most of the time it's soggy and dipping it in the sauce is what brings it up.
best i've had from wingstop fries is still only like an 8 and that was like once.
I work down the street and ordered online for lunch. They got my order wrong (ordered bone-in wings & they gave me boneless) I hadn’t noticed until I of course got back to the office. They corrected my order but I had to wait which defeated the purpose of ordering online 😑

I got some raw wings from Wingstop a couple of weeks ago, like I bit into it same as you and it was straight up pink. When I saw the video title, I assumed it was gonna be Wing Stop that messed up the order, I’ve never experienced anything like that at B-Dubs.

You also have to think about the oil that the wings were fried in. Buffalo Wild Wings uses beef tallow, as Wingstop uses soybean oil..
