honestly, I'm a female INTJ as well, throughout my life I've never considered having a relationship as something that is, necessary... to be blunt. And people tend to find me hard to approach anyways. However, that kinda changed when out of nowhere this guy whom later I found out to be an ENFP came knocking at my door (literally), and later managed to knocked down my walls (figuratively) haha, that is after I turned him down countless times. I find him..... interesting, though sometimes frustrating xD.
My wife and I are an INTJ male and ENFP female, but one of the couples we're friends with is an INTJ female and an ENFP male. It is possible, keep the faith.
I'm an INTJ, and my husband is an ENFP. We were immediately drawn to each other. He told me I was mysterious and intelligent, and I was drawn to his engaging, fun nature. Though we definitely had some significant struggles early in our relationship due to our personality differences, we matured together and learned to communicate with one another in the ways that work best for each person. We share similar visions of the future and have similar values. He "gets" me and gives me my alone time, and can often understand what I'm feeling even when I don't. I've learned to validate his feelings and give him reassurance. We've been together 13 years now, so it definitely can work.
I am INTJ too and almost a year married to my ENFP. Same, we found strong connection right on with the first cup of coffee and also realized the many differences right away, but we just blend so well. I'm not so crazy about him, but I love him. (Can't get crazy enough about anything I guess except beagle puppies)
As an INTJ female I am really thankful for ENFP’s. My best friends are ENFP’s. And without them, making any friends would be really hard - since my strategy for friend making is basically standing in a crowded room waiting for an ENFP to scent out my INTJ vibes and find and adopt me.
As an INTJ I find ENFPs amusing and kind of adorable. The carelessness, almost clumsiness, the talking and the open emotions I would find annoying in any other person, the ENFP mixes it in a way that you just can't hate. Also I find that I want to solve all their problems, like helping them manage their time better or organising their stuff. My bff is an ENFP and we always joke that we complete eachother. Like Yin and Yang. So to me, ENFPs are the splash of humanity I can truly appreciate.

She is EXACTLY like one of my female best friends. I think I understand better why we get along so well. My friend has literally told me some of the things she said in this video, just appreciating me for my intelligence, my calm demeanor, and being drawn to me because I was "mysterious". Seriously, what is it about us that makes us INTJ's mysterious? Is it just that we hide our emotions better than other people so we're harder to read?
She talks way more than the amount I can usually handle but I ended up listening because she looked so excited to tell about the topic, it makes me want to stay and listen. She is cute! It's like, she has this "sunshine and bubbles" aura when she talks. Also, she is smart and understands things that normal humans can't about us. ~ female INTJ

INTJ's are very loyal and devoted but only to a chosen few. Not a general group like the INFJ's. Therefore we can focus our love and attention much better... assuming we have any ;)
It's true that INFJs have a tendency toward group loyalty, but it's more to do with the vision of what the group can do together to reach tremendous goals in society (each person attributing a particular quality/talent, so that not one person is overburdened with a tasks unnatural to them). Just as INTJs might put the best parts in play in their machines; INFJs draw out the best qualities in people so that they can reach their maximum potential.

In the same way that INTJs have a calming presence for ENFPs, ENFPs have a warming presence for INTJs. I.e. you make us feel warm inside: part entertained, part admiring, part excited, in a way that we don't normally feel. I can pick the feeling up just watching your video.
As an INTJ i have always been attracted to ENFPs without knowing it, simply because their personality just stood out so much more than everyone else’s. Being very observant of people, to an Intj an ENFP just seems alive, everyone else seems one dimensional.
INTJ here. That piercing look may actually be our fascination with your reaction, the way you literally manifest your feelings around your chest, touch your neck, arms etc it reads like a book. Your hoping from one topic to another yet it's so transparent and carefree expression both amusing and unachievable to me. Fonch Z That might be true but isn't it better to speak for yourself? Even though they seem cool, it looks like ENFP's can also be draining because they're so hyperactive. So for many Intj's they might not be all that great. Fun, but only to a certain extent. Maybe ENFP's that can cool it a little would be a better match. They seem to have cute personalities though

@@Scoring57 An INTJ, that's in the mood, can say nothing to an ENFP for 30 minutes and they will keep talking. You just have to pay attention. My wife is ENFP, and ill tell her you have 6 minutes and then I have something tk do. She'll talk straight through and be extremely happy. And then let me get back to whatever I want to do. At times, I'll tell her she's getting off on the highway exit and to get back on track. Just be honest with them and they are happy. They do need affection regularly. Hugs, kisses on the forehead, and other stuff keep them going.
@@obcane3072 Well that's good. The only thing that annoys / stresses me out sometimes is people expecting me to engage with and react to everything they say/do. And when you don't it seems like you're rude. People are always telling little jokes and saying things they seem to think are so amusing or should at least assume me and it rarely is. Then I feel like I have to laugh or nod my head just so they don't feel awkward or ignored. Just saying if you're able to let me be me then we're good. If you want a reaction though at least you actually have to be funny or say something interesting. I just like being honest in everyway possible and that includes what I actually think about the story or joke you're telling (not going to be mean but not going to fake enthusiasm either)

I used to think ENFP'S were too crazy for me but when i finally met one I'll be honest I fell in love as an INTJ as I felt like she was an escape from the reality which is my mind like finally something to stop my continuesly racing mind for a bit but at the same time she was also like a battery to make me more energetic like we added onto eachother but I think the only hard thing is that she is very sensitive with her emotions and can get easily overwhelmed so it was difficult to say something logical and have her feelings not hurt or overwhelmed

INTJ female here (over 40 and never married). ENxPs are a breath of fresh air to me. They are the most amusing people to talk with. I have been told more than once that I am hard to know. I think the bluntness can be off putting and also the work of asking questions to learn about a person is too much for those who are accustomed to constantly volunteering their entire life's story. ENxP seem to enjoy the exploration of getting into the mind of an INTJ. I thoroughly appreciate that. :)

That piercing look, the short answer is cold logic. We're analysing and weighing everything. The reason you can't replicate it is because as an ENFP you exist on emotions, even your logic is emotional. INTJs often have the opposite problem we often add emotion as an afterthought, or at least as a conscience choice. Cold logic is our default outward state. Also on a side note, I absolutely love that panic you get into after you've said your peace. I can just see you mentally scolding yourself: "You're rambling! Stop it! You're going to scare them off! Oh my god! You're still rambling! End the video!" It's cute and endearing, mostly because your points were very valid, yet you're humble enough to be unsure.
Omg haha an ENFP here and everything you're doing feels like looking at a mirror, even the way you gesture, speak and have a notepad to refer to when it comes to talking about points in case of going off tangent as always. Because I do that too!!
Me too and she gives me a smile on my face just because she is so sympathetic and has a fresh positive attitude. Also the pausings she made is so me...because i think about every word in detail, while i am explaining something. So that makes the explanation longer and is not that efficient as INTJ would rather have😂 its more complicated and not on point. ENFP attempting to demonstrate INTJ stare lololol. I think what you’re trying to describe is piercing yet intentionally glazed over (not really making direct eye contact with the person). I do it all the time to avoid seeing things in people I don’t want to see and to not allow people to really look at me.

ENFP girls I believe sometimes do this stare exaggeration with opening up smile that is transforming into laugh when you stare at them (my male friend does that sometimes too). Even your stoic, focused, serious self will start cracking under this pressure and you will also genuinely smile or laugh back. It's like they are cracking the code, seeing through you and making you open up before you even exchanged one word with them. This is when I feel happy but also stupid, immature and vulnerable. And as weird as it sounds, I don't mind these feelings that would normally indicate weakness because I intuitively know that I can be vulnerable next to this person which is extremally rare situation. I wish I could meet ENFP's more often ;-;
I am a female INTJ, my husband is ENFP, and that's what attracted me to watch your video (long, but quite entertaining to watch!). The way I could never predict when you are going to move on to your next point is very much like him! My husband shares a very similar perspective with me (intuition) but reaches his goals in very unconventional and unpredictable ways. That attracts me yet annoys me at times. After 10+ years of being together I'm glad to say that we've learnt how we can complement each other as a team. I can count on him in dealing with things that drain me (e.g. talking to others in social events, being my "emotional radar"), and obviously for me I help him organise his life systematically so he is in less of a chaos now ;) His social, creative and unpredictable personality makes my life so much more colourful. I can imagine what a sunshine you are, and the INTJs in your life would be really blessed by you.

Dr Mona Howard My older brother is INTJ and my best friend and man! We don’t even speak on full sentences, everything is said in shorthand references that only we understand, we have hundreds of bookmarks in wide ranging conversations that can be brought up on a whim and we are right back into it. It’s crazy. It’s like intj just want to say the damn thing, and enfps have so much to say. We speak extremely quickly to each other, it’s almost manic, anyone who sees interact think it’s crazy and that we are the same person but I always laugh at that cuz they don’t understand how completely different we are. Although intj can be such pains in my fucking ass when it comes to them understanding other people’s emotions, maybe not understanding the emotions but accepting them and validating them as acceptable and important. Love intjs, although am only aware of my brother being one. I love him a ton. And loyalty too. That man has got my back no matter WHAT. I return the favor. I know how frugal he is with his trust and love so it’s means so much to me. And he has made it very clear in typical INTJ/Michael corleone fashion that if I ever betray him he will “disown” me and I totally believe him haha. Also there is this underlying fear I have of him too but that just might be because he’s my big brother, and after a decade and a half of getting my ass kicked as little brother it has become ingrained in me that I shall fear and respect thy older brother hahah:))

giulia ribeiro I think girls are way prettier than guys (most people, especially artist can agree on this, I mean just look at the fine arts). It has mostly to do with shapes and proportions, which the eye considers to be pleasing. Nevertheless I don’t find girls physically attractive. It’s kinda weird

This really taught me something about myself. Apart from your apparent beauty, if you are a typical ENFP then what would makes you attractive to an INTJ is your ability to clearly articulate what you like and what you feel, this removes the need to read signals and work out if she's interested or not. You're appreciation for the socially inarticulate traits of the INTJ is quite humorous.
As a person who recently discovered he was an INTJ, I came here to find out why my new relationship with my ENFP girlfriend works, despite my difficulty in expressing myself when she is able to do it so effortlessly. I often felt that I needed to put in extra effort in social interactions to make up for her ability to be the life of the party in fear of losing her to someone who may be able to engage her at the same extroverted level. It is in those situations when I feel that, she seems to know exactly what I'm thinking and she physically reassures me in front of everyone. It's strange that this makes me uncomfortable and exhilarated at the same time to know that I can't hide anything from her. Perhaps in this way the reason I love her is because she can understand and anticipate my emotional needs before I ever need to say anything... ....Here's me just writing my thoughts down in the comments section, which I never do. Thanks Linda for explaining your perspective so well. I've discovered a new way to appreciate my GF more.
From one INTJ to another... just when you think she reassuring you, she might be comforting so you don’t catch on... not saying as INTJ you shouldn’t love and should be a super villain like me, but love for INTJ makes us blind and since we are extremely selective we don’t get the opportunity to experience relationships like most and we don’t get to pick on signs from our partners because when we make a commitment we expect that same from others.... and that’s where we fuck up. We take them too serious sometimes... and honestly as a guy, walk with your head high and if your girl is going to cheat, trust me she will cheat and there is not a goddamn thing you can do about it. And remember her extroverted ness can cause confusion for other dudes and trust there will be that one Chad or Tyrone that will talk sweet to your girl and she might just go with a feeling, while your using you big brain trying to figure what you did wrong. Remember your introvertedness is prone to bringing up a lot of insecurities. So work on those because tbh I don’t need a partner to reassure me, not that single is better, but because it makes for less distractions when trying to get my life together . If homegirl leaves, then what? What would do? Just some food for thought.

I can be quite childlike at times as an ENFP, but I think I would be very nervous around someone I like and maybe seem a bit more childlike around that person! But honestly, the last time I liked someone I just avoided that person since I got so nervous haha

I am always instantly attracted to people who initiate with me. When it comes to the first move, I am very shy and/or sizing you up as a potential partner. Someone who initiates conveys they are curious, open minded, likely less judgmental, and will take the brunt of the socializing. To me that is very attractive

As an INTJ, I’m intrigued by ENFPs open expressiveness. I can’t at all relate so I can’t understand it in that sense, but I do understand that it lends itself to my being able to trust you, just that genuine openness and expressiveness, which is why this can be a great relationship for INTJs.

Please research 'narcissitic personality disorder' (NPD) / 'cluster-B'; and know that they are the 'root of all evil' (especially 'ESFJ/ESTJ-narcissits'; Myers-Briggs reference, look it up)! European 'ESFJ' are the worst personality type, and they are responsible for inventing 'racism' and colonization! It is in their neuro-psychology!! The are extremely 'manipulative' and often use 'looking pretty' to distract others from the witch's mind-games / mind-rape, e.g. gaslighting, playing the victim or damsel in distress, creating 'flying-monkeys', and paying others to attack (or at times kill) someone for her. When caught, she will use her minions as scapegoats. European ESFJ are notorious for this especially in a racist context, e.g. Elliott Till. INTJ guy here, your video is so accurate and your energy is lovely. Just want to put it out there that some INTJs (because of their jobs or whatever) have learned to develop great social and emotional skills, but don't be deceived. After awhile our INTJness will show and we'll go back to having that "death stare" look. Also, because we can be skeptical of people's intention, we won't notice if you're flirting with us and just assume you're always that friendly. Keep hacking away at our hard exterior, we'll notice the recurring pattern and ask you about it.
A few explanations were a bit heavy, but except that I find your character and energy-spikes a bit adorable. I think you mentioned many valid and good points about the ENFP x INTJ compatibility. I personally prefer white instead of black, but yeah, in my opinion plain and neutral colors are really great. As an INTJ, it was a bit refreshing to hear your point of view. Thank you for sharing.

honestly, I'm a female INTJ as well, throughout my life I've never considered having a relationship as something that is, necessary... to be blunt. And people tend to find me hard to approach anyways. However, that kinda changed when out of nowhere this guy whom later I found out to be an ENFP came knocking at my door (literally), and later managed to knocked down my walls (figuratively) haha, that is after I turned him down countless times. I find him..... interesting, though sometimes frustrating xD.

I'm an INTJ, and my husband is an ENFP. We were immediately drawn to each other. He told me I was mysterious and intelligent, and I was drawn to his engaging, fun nature. Though we definitely had some significant struggles early in our relationship due to our personality differences, we matured together and learned to communicate with one another in the ways that work best for each person. We share similar visions of the future and have similar values. He "gets" me and gives me my alone time, and can often understand what I'm feeling even when I don't. I've learned to validate his feelings and give him reassurance. We've been together 13 years now, so it definitely can work.

The carelessness, almost clumsiness, the talking and the open emotions I would find annoying in any other person, the ENFP mixes it in a way that you just can't hate. Also I find that I want to solve all their problems, like helping them manage their time better or organising their stuff. My bff is an ENFP and we always joke that we complete eachother. Like Yin and Yang. So to me, ENFPs are the splash of humanity I can truly appreciate.

It's true that INFJs have a tendency toward group loyalty, but it's more to do with the vision of what the group can do together to reach tremendous goals in society (each person attributing a particular quality/talent, so that not one person is overburdened with a tasks unnatural to them). Just as INTJs might put the best parts in play in their machines; INFJs draw out the best qualities in people so that they can reach their maximum potential.

That might be true but isn't it better to speak for yourself? Even though they seem cool, it looks like ENFP's can also be draining because they're so hyperactive. So for many Intj's they might not be all that great. Fun, but only to a certain extent. Maybe ENFP's that can cool it a little would be a better match. They seem to have cute personalities though

Well like I said if they're able to slow down a little then it should be fine. Also if they're cool with us just listening and not expecting a reaction out of us that'd also be a good thing. Would be less emotionally tiring that way. The best relationships are the kind where you can be yourself right?

My wife is ENFP, and ill tell her you have 6 minutes and then I have something tk do. She'll talk straight through and be extremely happy. And then let me get back to whatever I want to do.
At times, I'll tell her she's getting off on the highway exit and to get back on track. Just be honest with them and they are happy.
They do need affection regularly. Hugs, kisses on the forehead, and other stuff keep them going.

Well that's good. The only thing that annoys / stresses me out sometimes is people expecting me to engage with and react to everything they say/do. And when you don't it seems like you're rude. People are always telling little jokes and saying things they seem to think are so amusing or should at least assume me and it rarely is. Then I feel like I have to laugh or nod my head just so they don't feel awkward or ignored. Just saying if you're able to let me be me then we're good. If you want a reaction though at least you actually have to be funny or say something interesting. I just like being honest in everyway possible and that includes what I actually think about the story or joke you're telling (not going to be mean but not going to fake enthusiasm either)

I used to think ENFP'S were too crazy for me but when i finally met one I'll be honest I fell in love as an INTJ as I felt like she was an escape from the reality which is my mind like finally something to stop my continuesly racing mind for a bit but at the same time she was also like a battery to make me more energetic like we added onto eachother but I think the only hard thing is that she is very sensitive with her emotions and can get easily overwhelmed so it was difficult to say something logical and have her feelings not hurt or overwhelmed

INTJ here. I feel understood and so encouraged by you when I listen to this video when I am depressed because I feel no one understand me.
That piercing look, the short answer is cold logic. We're analysing and weighing everything. The reason you can't replicate it is because as an ENFP you exist on emotions, even your logic is emotional. INTJs often have the opposite problem we often add emotion as an afterthought, or at least as a conscience choice. Cold logic is our default outward state.
Also on a side note, I absolutely love that panic you get into after you've said your peace. I can just see you mentally scolding yourself: "You're rambling! Stop it! You're going to scare them off! Oh my god! You're still rambling! End the video!" It's cute and endearing, mostly because your points were very valid, yet you're humble enough to be unsure.
At least this comments section is drawing the line between authentic INTJ's and painfully mistyped istj's because every INTJ here loves you!

ENFP girls I believe sometimes do this stare exaggeration with opening up smile that is transforming into laugh when you stare at them (my male friend does that sometimes too). Even your stoic, focused, serious self will start cracking under this pressure and you will also genuinely smile or laugh back. It's like they are cracking the code, seeing through you and making you open up before you even exchanged one word with them. This is when I feel happy but also stupid, immature and vulnerable. And as weird as it sounds, I don't mind these feelings that would normally indicate weakness because I intuitively know that I can be vulnerable next to this person which is extremally rare situation. I wish I could meet ENFP's more often ;-;

I am a female INTJ, my husband is ENFP, and that's what attracted me to watch your video (long, but quite entertaining to watch!). The way I could never predict when you are going to move on to your next point is very much like him! My husband shares a very similar perspective with me (intuition) but reaches his goals in very unconventional and unpredictable ways. That attracts me yet annoys me at times. After 10+ years of being together I'm glad to say that we've learnt how we can complement each other as a team. I can count on him in dealing with things that drain me (e.g. talking to others in social events, being my "emotional radar"), and obviously for me I help him organise his life systematically so he is in less of a chaos now ;) His social, creative and unpredictable personality makes my life so much more colourful.

Dr Mona Howard My older brother is INTJ and my best friend and man! We don’t even speak on full sentences, everything is said in shorthand references that only we understand, we have hundreds of bookmarks in wide ranging conversations that can be brought up on a whim and we are right back into it. It’s crazy. It’s like intj just want to say the damn thing, and enfps have so much to say. We speak extremely quickly to each other, it’s almost manic, anyone who sees interact think it’s crazy and that we are the same person but I always laugh at that cuz they don’t understand how completely different we are. Although intj can be such pains in my fucking ass when it comes to them understanding other people’s emotions, maybe not understanding the emotions but accepting them and validating them as acceptable and important. Love intjs, although am only aware of my brother being one. I love him a ton. And loyalty too. That man has got my back no matter WHAT. I return the favor. I know how frugal he is with his trust and love so it’s means so much to me. And he has made it very clear in typical INTJ/Michael corleone fashion that if I ever betray him he will “disown” me and I totally believe him haha. Also there is this underlying fear I have of him too but that just might be because he’s my big brother, and after a decade and a half of getting my ass kicked as little brother it has become ingrained in me that I shall fear and respect thy older brother hahah:))

Was nice to smile for straight up 30 minutes while listening to you. Randomly felt proud when you could express your thoughts at ease and I could easily understand the message and emotion.
This really taught me something about myself. Apart from your apparent beauty, if you are a typical ENFP then what would makes you attractive to an INTJ is your ability to clearly articulate what you like and what you feel, this removes the need to read signals and work out if she's interested or not. You're appreciation for the socially inarticulate traits of the INTJ is quite humorous.
As a person who recently discovered he was an INTJ, I came here to find out why my new relationship with my ENFP girlfriend works, despite my difficulty in expressing myself when she is able to do it so effortlessly. I often felt that I needed to put in extra effort in social interactions to make up for her ability to be the life of the party in fear of losing her to someone who may be able to engage her at the same extroverted level. It is in those situations when I feel that, she seems to know exactly what I'm thinking and she physically reassures me in front of everyone.
It's strange that this makes me uncomfortable and exhilarated at the same time to know that I can't hide anything from her. Perhaps in this way the reason I love her is because she can understand and anticipate my emotional needs before I ever need to say anything...

From one INTJ to another... just when you think she reassuring you, she might be comforting so you don’t catch on... not saying as INTJ you shouldn’t love and should be a super villain like me, but love for INTJ makes us blind and since we are extremely selective we don’t get the opportunity to experience relationships like most and we don’t get to pick on signs from our partners because when we make a commitment we expect that same from others.... and that’s where we fuck up. We take them too serious sometimes... and honestly as a guy, walk with your head high and if your girl is going to cheat, trust me she will cheat and there is not a goddamn thing you can do about it. And remember her extroverted ness can cause confusion for other dudes and trust there will be that one Chad or Tyrone that will talk sweet to your girl and she might just go with a feeling, while your using you big brain trying to figure what you did wrong. Remember your introvertedness is prone to bringing up a lot of insecurities. So work on those because tbh I don’t need a partner to reassure me, not that single is better, but because it makes for less distractions when trying to get my life together . If homegirl leaves, then what? What would do? Just some food for thought.

I can be quite childlike at times as an ENFP, but I think I would be very nervous around someone I like and maybe seem a bit more childlike around that person! But honestly, the last time I liked someone I just avoided that person since I got so nervous haha

I am always instantly attracted to people who initiate with me. When it comes to the first move, I am very shy and/or sizing you up as a potential partner. As an INTJ, I’m intrigued by ENFPs open expressiveness. I can’t at all relate so I can’t understand it in that sense, but I do understand that it lends itself to my being able to trust you, just that genuine openness and expressiveness, which is why this can be a great relationship for INTJs.

European 'ESFJ' are the worst personality type, and they are responsible for inventing 'racism' and colonization! It is in their neuro-psychology!!
The are extremely 'manipulative' and often use 'looking pretty' to distract others from the witch's mind-games / mind-rape, e.g. gaslighting, playing the victim or damsel in distress, creating 'flying-monkeys', and paying others to attack (or at times kill) someone for her. When caught, she will use her minions as scapegoats. European ESFJ are notorious for this especially in a racist context, e.g. Elliott Till.
ISFP (and ESFP) are the most complicit, narcissitic-enablers. ISFP also tend to be 'oblivious-codependants' (look up the definition).

INTJ guy here, your video is so accurate and your energy is lovely. Just want to put it out there that some INTJs (because of their jobs or whatever) have learned to develop great social and emotional skills, but don't be deceived. After awhile our INTJness will show and we'll go back to having that "death stare" look. Also, because we can be skeptical of people's intention, we won't notice if you're flirting with us and just assume you're always that friendly. Keep hacking away at our hard exterior, we'll notice the recurring pattern and ask you about it.
A few explanations were a bit heavy, but except that I find your character and energy-spikes a bit adorable. I think you mentioned many valid and good points about the ENFP x INTJ compatibility. I personally prefer white instead of black, but yeah, in my opinion plain and neutral colors are really great. As an INTJ, it was a bit refreshing to hear your point of view. Thank you for sharing.
