Moreover, they must be able to bear the fatigue and weather 24/7.

Air pollution from this production will vanish soon than throwing plastics on the ground which causes soil pollution and make our land non arable besides that it can causes water pollution too. But burning plastic and reusing it for other purpose like this will decrease many pollution caused by these plastics as compared to this burning for it will end those problems.

1st : Burning plastic is releasing noxious fumes(very harmful to the environment when your blocks will be made in large scale) 2nd: Your block is not fireproof!! The basic property of a brick block is to be fireproof!!
Use some good techniques to build good machine and decrease the waste of energy and pollution by burning the plastic. U can instead heat the plastic through electric oven on certain temperature where it will just melt and don't burn ( no harmful fumes to the environment).
