      @@LeadsForLocals if our cta is calendly booked appointments, will this be an appropriate video or should I watch another video specifically for that? I ask because I work with a client in the space of digital marketing consulting

      @LeadsForLocals  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@SalvadorOlagueOfficial You'll need a different video for that. One that deals with connecting Calendly to HighLevel. But I would strongly recommend just using the calendars in HighLevel because they're almost exactly the same. Much less headache long-term.

      @@LeadsForLocals Oh ya, it says calender. I believe I'm using the calender they offer in GHL... what video should I watch when I'm in beginning stages of setting automations ffor a client "booked call appointments" is CTA... this video is great but I think it is for those more advanced right?

    When you Remove From All Workflows doesn't it also remove from the existing workflow? Appt confirmation + reminder workflow? and this doesn't stop the process of sending reminders, from the exiting workflow?

    • @BlaQFireNation
      @BlaQFireNation ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That’s exactly where I got confused.

    • @LeadsForLocals
      @LeadsForLocals  ปีที่แล้ว

      I probably mis-spoke. You wouldn't select remove from all workflows. You would remove them from the other workflow that focuses on getting the appointment booked. Sorry about that!

    Great video! Is it possible to book appointments for salon type services? like separate trigger events for hair color, cut, wax etc..

      Unfortunately not yet but I have submitted that idea to GHL. Hopefully they'll come out with something like that soon.

    Hey legend!!! I'm new to go high level and trying to learn it
    I have a ton of appointment setters and VA's who book meetings for me and I pay each of them based on meetings showed.
    Where is the best place/feature to start at to track each lead they bring in using the GHL software?
    Appreciate the tutorial mate

      Sorry, not specifically for mortgage leads. But the same automations would apply.

    I'm currently trying to set a work flow for appointments. My plan was to set an If/Else action for customers that "Showed" and "No Shows". I can't figure out a way to make this work. There's no filter or trigger within the If/Else action that allows me to send the contact to the "Showed" side vs a contact that didn't show. Hopefully this makes sense and paints a picture for what I'm trying to accomplish. Do you know of any way this can be done without having to have completely separate workflows?

    If you’re appointment is thru zoom or google meet how would you add a link for them to be able to join using the automation

    • @LeadsForLocals
      @LeadsForLocals  ปีที่แล้ว

      Just put it in the meeting location field in the calendar settings. You could also just put the link in the confirmation email.

    Does your client (real estate company or whoever) have access to GHL to do the categorization from appointment booked to appointment no show (10:30 in video )? How do you give them access to their GHL page?

    • @LeadsForLocals

      It's just included in their sub-account. Just have to make sure Opportunities is turned on under permissions on the agency level.

    Hi Matt
    What happens when we move appointments on the Calendar (Reschedule / Cancel) instead of pipelines? Someone calls and they can't make it that day and time will it treat that as a new appointment how it works thanks

    • @LeadsForLocals
      @LeadsForLocals  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      As long as you have the appointment confirmation workflow, it will treat it like a new appointment and resend the confirmation and reminders. Just make sure you have "Allow Multiple" turned on under settings for the workflow.

    Hey Matty, been following your content for a while. Are there any workflows if the prospect doesn't book the appointment? Sometimes this happens and I'd like to add them to a follow up sequence. Hope that makes sense.

    What if they fill out a landing page and a contact is created within GHL and they later click on a different landing page with the calendar and book a call will the already made contact be shifted to appointment made or does this manually have to be done?
    THanks

    • @Indefatigble212

      Or is there a way to book them for a call and create a contact for a sms workflow at the same time?

    • @LeadsForLocals
      @LeadsForLocals  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It doesn't matter what landing page they click or visit. What matters is the workflow trigger. As long as the workflow trigger is an appointment booked in a specific calendar, it doesn't matter what pages they land on.
