One of the things that bother me in the Injustice universe, Bruce only cares about Dick as his son. The doesn't give a damn that Tim was supposedly killed in Metropolis, he calls Jason a disappointment even though he is on his side and he shunned Damian. Talk about favoritism.
He learned from Superman that he is "gone" (he didn't tell him that Tim is in the Phantom Zone). And Jason is really more neutral than anything else, but that depends on the comics.

i didn't watch the story mode yet but i guess they told her about their thing,besides,she's a TEENAGER which means she can probably tell if two are in love or not btw,WW and SM are not exactly hiding it,it's not a big mystery
