- Axial R/C Inc. is extremely pleased to partner with Randy Slawson, Bomber Fabrication’s owner and two-time King of the Hammers rock racing champion! For this rig, we took everything we learned from building the industry’s first all plastic tube chassis rig and drew upon mountains of inspiration from enthusiasts to go next level! The Axial RR10™ Bomber is not just another plastic tube chassis Wraith update - it merely adds to our line of successful 2.2 rock racing vehicles. While visually this rig is a race replica of the Bomber Fab KOH rock racing rig, one of the unseen features is the front mounted battery tray under the hood making for easy access and weight right where you asked for it! This makes swapping the batteries in this rig a quick and easy process, especially for those enthusiasts participating in the ultra endurance series within Axialfest! The skid plate provides a centralized location for the electronics with clean wire routing and an RR10™ specific transfer case for optimal driveline efficiency. We’ve also included a full set of BFGoodrich® BAJA T/A® KR2 tires along with a spare in the back, wrapped around officially licensed Walker Evans Racing wheels. We've included a variety of shock mounting points for running dual shock setups and more suspension tuning options. For additional rear suspension tuning, you'll find a sway bar mount connected to the cage, under the fuel cell (sway bar sold separately). Officially licensed aluminum King Shocks feature precision machined pistons which offer smooth performance throughout the range of travel. Standard features include durable front and rear WB8 HD Wildboar™ driveshafts, front and rear AR60 axles, a dual slipper clutch, Hi-Lo transmission with all metal internal gears, a 3-channel radio system, realistic scale details including molded driver figures, three pairs of helmets, molded shock reservoirs, a fuel cell, Bomber Fabrication body panels and graphics, and a fully licensed scale tube chassis.

WOW LOVE MY SPAWN,BUT IT MAY NEED ANOTHER STABLE MATE ! 35t motor should be a great choice i hope. better crawling and less heat issues than the 20t. i love the reliability of the 20t, but even when geared to crawl, not enough torque and it gets hot . one inch longer and a lower cg, may be a new king of the hill climbers in town. great job axial. hope the tire are r35 compound.

Make a 1.9 version of one of these and I'll buy two...then 2.2 and 1.9 guys will both be happy and you can refresh the scx lineup at the same time.

is the yeti beter or not ?
i might be a lttle late but the yeti and this are different machines if u ask me. the yeti has an open dif front end while this is locked. yeti is built more towards the speed end with the unlocked front dif and brushless motor. while this meets in the middle of crawler and basher. i look at this as an upgraded wraith. the rtr electronics are supposed to be way better, the suspension has more travel the flex is insane, and with a 35t brushed motor you have just enough torque and wheel speed for almost anything this rig is designed for.

Im Spaghetti just slightly slower then the scx10 deadbolt but the bomber has more torque.

+RC Studio my 2s lipo hard case duratrax onyx has 3/8ths of an inch to spare in the Yeti. It may be close to fitting. I only have Lipo's so I cannot measure for you. It states "The battery tray is fully height adjustable with four button head screws, making room for most standard sized 2S and 3S LiPo battery packs"

When you get a RTR you end up with a slow truck, very disappointed. Their videos make it look fast, it's not. Either dump a bunch of $ into it or buy something already fast. Was excited waiting for batteries to charge, waste of $ & time,wish I had bought something else.
Lee G rock crawlers are not really meant for speed, the bomber has a 35 turn motor, just slightly slower then the scx10 deadbolt with its 27 turn motor but the bomber has more torque in its 35t motor. the more turn the more torque. if you want speed and ability to crawl look into a sensord brushless motor but dont expect to get 80mph like i said its a rock crawler not a drag racer. you can make them that fast but ability for crawling is pretty much gone. if you truly want speed and offroad ability get the yeti or go for a e-maxx or revo
