Maserati GranTurismo USB socket install - remove that useless cigarette socket on my MC Shift.

After a trip to Donnington Race Circuit where my phone wouldn't charge using the standard cigarette socket, I decided to install a double quick charge USB in its place on my Maserati GranTurismo MC Shift.
