I noticed the more lots purchased raises the price of future lots, as well as, the time it takes to build the lots increases to days, which deters interest. I keep just six lots usually (and for the longest time these were empty while waiting for furniture, it's very limited, not sure why the internet that is infinite space has finite options. Even waiting for the store to show variety takes a long time to cycle through, as it seems to recycle purchases not yet made instead, a missed opportunity of receiving funds for the store I would think) so that it's not expensive to purchase a lot I would rather trade-up for another. I get a lot more out of watching your videos actually! lol 👍🙏🏻

The value of the houses actually depends on the number of houses you have built. And I have the orb glitch,but yeah,the houses are still SUPER expensive,like,1,500,000 simoleans for a house I can make with the proper blueprints. Most of us only build them for rare items from events we missed. Also,can you do a house of just girls? Ik youre very busy and probably wont see this comment,but I have a single sim mom with 4 daughters and I have "builders block". Thanks,love you Joy,keep up the work please. ^-^
