What Should I Do With LarryBoy?

What should I do with LarryBoy? My 1971 Serro Scotty Trunkback needs a complete overhaul to be roadworthy. It’s beyond my skill set. Can I make it usable on a small budget? Should I make it a she shed? I have an idea of what I’d like to do. Let me know what you would do in the comments.
