Hello sir, very well demonstrated 😊 Thank you for the video. If you can suggest a contact to buy the same endotrainer u have used in the video it will be helpful. Actually I bought one but camera is so poor and doesn’t have this much clarity.
@@ashwinthangavelu I Am able to suture on the endo-trainer and am doing advanced gynaec surgeries like lymphadenectomies but unable to do suturing needed for myomectomy so would be obliged if u could email the exact port location u prefer for suturing at sgainder@gmail.com
Sir IAM a beginner .. practicing in Endo trainer.. able to do surgical knot with 90 cm length also with absorbable sutures .. .. but not able to do comfortable with prolene .. and nylon .. with full length .. long end is overlapping over the suture site ...so ..Everytime IAM pulling long end back getting difficult. Any tip in this suture material... to overcome this problem.... Thank you sir
Ideally keep the suture length short to 15 or 20 cm during your intial practice. Use the memory of the monofilament to your advantage by the following the same principles mentioned in the video.
Sir ,after seeing your video about lap suturing ,I could able to suture easily ,till now I was struggling . Can u post your video on post wall myoma suturing🙏

Thanks for this excellent video sir , but i notice that the manipulation angle is obtuse, is it better than 60 degree for this task.
No it was so in this endotrainer. 60 degree is more ergonomic
Sie which endotrainer is good.. having difficult wt suturing wt straight needle holder
Endotrainers doesn't really matter, just make sure multiple angles are available for practicing.

Just change the camera alone rather than getting a new endotrainer
@@ashwinthangavelu my sincere thanks to you for the reply 😊
can u please comment on which ports you prefer to do endosuturing
Depends on the surgery I am performing. I like contralateral ports with triangulation

Where will we get this pad sir
I think it is available online and also with lap instrument manufacturing companies
But you can use a simple thermocol pad or gloves to practice
Can you add emergency surgery in TH-cam please
