I feel like the Blue Evolved Final Explosion should drain a decent amount of health but not completely deplete it, it would separate it from Majin Vegetas technique and be accurate to the show where Vegeta is drained but not on deaths door.
Aye rhyme great video as usual, the sacrificial ultimates did change, but what they did is massively increase the damage as to make the fact you are but guaranteed to lose afterwards if you don't kill worth it, in fact I once tried fighting the 3 buus GoD potara team and when Super buu was on low health(They'll do their sacrifice ultimate when on last health bar) and Super buu dealt 42K! The highest damage from an ultimate I've ever eaten fighting a GoD potara Also small tip for future fights but it helps a lot to keep a distance and wait for them to dash towards you then block and punish, and the ki wave, the white blast wave and blue ki wave all have a small window during their stagger where you can hit a Super on them and they won't be able to vanish, but it takes a bit to get used to
The whole ki stunning thing is weird. You can evade stuff after uncharged ki blasts but the AI just doesn't seem to know how to like 90% of the time. On the one hand, it's frustrating because it feels like it should work but it just... doesn't. It's one of the weird things that I feel like the AI doesn't get better at on Z difficulty.

I'm not actually sure your difficulty settings affect parallel quests, cause I've done many of them and they are VERY difficult. And I think my settings were on normal. Everything else in the game was fairly easy.
How do you unlock the rest of the Parallel Quests? I only got the first 5 sets of missions for it. And for that matter, how do you unlock the locked characters? I've fully completed Dragon History and collected all 7 Dragonballs twice, but haven't been able to wish for a character. EDIT: I got Red Shenron both times, so I'm wondering if there is a normal Shenron in BT4 as well.
