You know something…2 years ago when I went everyone clapped along and sang along…it’s just iconic Disney and I never missed it on a trip. I’m going to miss the classic country bear jamboree 🥲❤️
I was there in august last year and went to see this show with my 5year granddaughter and she laughed all the way through. I will show her this next time i see her and she will love it all over again
Thank you and Cris for your capturing of yet another bit of history that Disney is destroying. It's high time that those at Disney take a step back and see that right now, everything they're touching, they're destroying; from Star Wars to Splash Mountain. Thank you both again for capturing this!
Awesome video! Thank you for sharing. I haven't been to Disney in over 30 years and won't be going anytime soon. That's why I like watching you and Cris as well as others. Safe travels this weekend. Muc Luv ❤
I went too the first opening show in Disneyland I 12 1/2 yrs. old. I’m 65 now. And I’m sorry too c the old show go. Now bring in the new show. I cry too🐻
Got to see it last month and got a pic with one of the Bears ! Also some pressed pennies for keepsakes , sad to see it change , lots childhood memories, I’ll save your video to look back on 💕 I really appreciate it,thank you so much 🤗
Just like they say you don't know what you have until it's gone This had me in tears and I never been there thank y'all so much for sharing this keep up the good work I love your videos
Thank you for sharing this amazing piece of history. I saw the Country Bear Jamboree on my 1st visit to DisneyWorld back in the 80's. It's a shame they feel the need to change a good thing. 😢 Hugs 🤗 and God bless 🙏 Safe travels coming up.
Hey guys, I just wanna say thank you for capturing the entire show. No one else seem to do that on the last day. They were just getting bits and pieces and I’m with you 100%. It was very very emotional for me as well as I saw it back in the 80s when I used to live in Florida, I think you so much for capturing it for us wishing you and Chris the girl all the best. I love you guys. Thank you for all you do for us those of us that aren’t fortunate enough to live close by like we used to. God bless you both.
I 1 million percent sorely miss the CBJ at Disneyland....SO MISS IT.....thank you for sharing with us. It's been 23 years since soCal peeps have been able to see it....much longer for me, since I haven't been inside Disneyland since 1999, before California Adventure opened.
First saw CBJ in 1972 as a youngster😎and many times since❤ It was Always one of my Mom"s favorites💟 She's been gone over 32 years now💔but wish I could have gone with her one more time😓 Thanks for the Memory💙
This was the very first attraction that I saw in 1974 I have been back to disney world but never saw the show. Thank you for bringing back great memories.
😢 I’m so glad you did this. Though I’m sad to hear it’s forever changing, I can now look at this video and remember how it was. All we got here in SoCal is that quick peek of the old characters when we ride Winnie the Pooh…
Man! The last thing we need is for the people in charge at Disney to " improve" on the Country Bear Jamboree. We all loved it the way it was. Thanks, TJ, for allowing me one last show of it. If I had been paying attention, I would have gone 1 last time.
Thank you Jay for filming the whole show and sharing it unedited!!!💖 I had always hoped to get to Florida to see it since it left Disneyland…bummer. I know I would have been crying 😭 along with you and Cris! I used to love going to see it and the Christmas version every time I went to Disneyland. Thanks so much!!! Kim and Sean from Vegas
Muchly 💯 Tampa Jay i cried i am going to miss the original country bears jamboree i only seen it in 1996 in person 😂not been back to Disney world since to expenses Muchly muchly love too you and cristhegirl
Another one i loved as kid. Parents moved us down to Miami in 1972, was born in 70 and grew up with so many great memories. Lived in South Florida area for 50 years. Lots of change. A few others from Disney World were Mr Toad's Wild Ride , the original Snow White ride and "If You Had Wings". Some gone and some modified/updated like Carousel of Progress and Pirates of the Carribean
Thanks Tampa Jay for the Country Bears Jamboree show. We saw it back in September and that was our last time to see it. I love eating at captain Cooks. Last January I was there and had Walt's favorite 1958 Chili. It was really good. But when we were there in September it wasn't on the menu. Maybe it's seasonal. We also ate outside at Trader Sam's and I had the bbq nachos. They were so good. You ought to try them.
Thanks guys for the video. Sad to see Disney slowly getting rid of all the favorites. I see a lot of rides being changed soon and it hurts. Especially when you have fond memories as a kid with a parent who is no longer around. I get it though.
as we all do we have to EMBRACE the old tom ake way for the new, and this is what is happeming to DISNEY, making way for the next GEN in park revelers, i went yeeears ago probably back in 82-83, can't imagine what has changed things not seen in yours, or Adams videos, but i get the gist non the less, i watched this the one time, and that is enough for me thanks for covering and documenting this THEME PARK HISTORY, i'm sure you were not the only ones lining up for multipal showings, "SLPASH MOUNTAIN" all over again.
Jacob the Carpetbagger was there for the final day of it. And, at one point prior to its final show it malfunctioned and was unsuccessfully restored to working order. They allowed people to take photos and the cast members sang some of the songs. He did see at least 6 or 7 shows during his visit. 😊😢
Dang that stinks when they closed Splash mountain Now takimg away the Bears. I never got a chance to see them or even go to Disney yet..im slackn 😂 Great job Mango
Have you all ever seen the Disney movie the country Bears its the greatest movies i have loved this movie ever since i was a kid and i still love it. It's a classic
Speaking of The Country Bears who here has seen or heard of the 2002 The Country Bears movie that Disney made me and my family seen back then when it released in theaters and we loved it
Disney going WOKE probably won’t change the fact that people will still pour in. They just won’t get the great experience that we all got to have before.
Kind of glad I dont go to Disney anymore. My childhood has been almost completely eliminated. If you had wings, skyway, 20000 leagues, snow white, mr. toad, mission to mars, horizons in epcot and now this update for the snowflakes
I agree. Adding Bear necessities makes sense on a synergy basis, but it has nothing to do with the county bears. I don’t know what else they’ll change, but this was a bad call.
Seen this before myself back in the day it's sad what Disney are doing to their company and how it's being run by these woke idiots it's a shadow of it's former self now
Hopefully the refurb will still have the same vibe of the original. The Bears have been my favorite from seeing them since the 1970s.
You know something…2 years ago when I went everyone clapped along and sang along…it’s just iconic Disney and I never missed it on a trip.
I’m going to miss the classic country bear jamboree 🥲❤️
Thanks for filming this for posterity! I'm glad we'll have your video to help remember it.
Thanks for posting. We all get to see it one last time.
Awesome video, Jay. And we shall bear in mind the work that went into creating it.🐻
Tampa Jay thank you for putting up such great and enjoyable videos. Keep up the great work.
Thank you so much for coming with me
It’s amazing the things that take us off guard and touch us. You’ll always have this wonderful video to look back on.
I was there in august last year and went to see this show with my 5year granddaughter and she laughed all the way through. I will show her this next time i see her and she will love it all over again

Awesome video! Thank you for sharing. I haven't been to Disney in over 30 years and won't be going anytime soon. That's why I like watching you and Cris as well as others. Safe travels this weekend. Muc Luv ❤
Nice to share your experience on the last Country Bears, much ahead.
I went too the first opening show in Disneyland I 12 1/2 yrs. old. I’m 65 now. And I’m sorry too c the old show go. Now bring in the new show. I cry too🐻
Thank you for sharing this original version of the 1971 country bear jamboree!👍
Thank you so much for watching it with me
This is not the original version of the 1971 country bear jamboree, since October 2012 it’s been about 5.5 minutes shorter.
Got to see it last month and got a pic with one of the Bears ! Also some pressed pennies for keepsakes , sad to see it change , lots childhood memories, I’ll save your video to look back on 💕 I really appreciate it,thank you so much 🤗

I saw this show with my Grandma in 1981 and loved it as a five year old.

I also love the Country Bear jamboree . It is sad to see it go . Change is a coming and it is sad that everything Disney did is going away

You are right about Disneyland, but not WDW!!!!!! Amazing news: Country Bear Musical Jamboree (2024-FOREVER)!!!!!!!!
Thanks Tampa Jay for the Country Bears Jamboree show. We saw it back in September and that was our last time to see it. I love eating at captain Cooks. Thanks for making this video. I hate that they’re changing this but I know that they have to.
Tbh I’m surprised the show in its current iteration lasted this long with the way society is nowadays. I hope the new version will be good
Thanks guys for the video. Sad to see Disney slowly getting rid of all the favorites. I see a lot of rides being changed soon and it hurts. Especially when you have fond memories as a kid with a parent who is no longer around. I get it though.
Great video Jay I liked and shared this video 📹 out your welcome Tampa Jay

Glad you got to experience it
1st time I have ever seen it as I live in England so thank you it was awsome
🦋🖤🦋Hi, Jay!! I love your Disney videos. Thanks!! 🎃🍁🎃

Also love the monorail. Used to guess what color it might be as a kid.
Hey guys! Good morning 🌞💜👍😁
Mornin Jay!!

It’s sad they are closing it.

Forgot they did update the Haunted Mansion. Oh yeah, LOVE THE PEOPLE MOVER
Country bears mascot scared me
And Big Al is voiced by Tex Ritter
It wouldn’t be a Cris the Girl video without crying… wait a minute… it wouldn’t be a Tampa Jay video without crying 😂
Good-by blood on the ground and little Beaufort.
I love to tease, that being born in Jan '71. I'm technically, older than Disney World 😎✌️
😭
actually you did see the last show just not the 9pm last show
Saw this for the first time back in the summer of '72. I wonder why it's being changed after all this time? Too controversial or something?
Liquid eyes here as well. Goodbye to another Disney original . Thanks woke Disney for removing yet another classic.
Kind of glad I dont go to Disney anymore. My childhood has been almost completely eliminated. If you had wings, skyway, 20000 leagues, snow white, mr. toad, mission to mars, horizons in epcot and now this update for the snowflakes
Another bad decision from Disney.
