I know this is a very old video, but i got to 99% only this mission was a problem, my best time was 2 minutes over (20 mintues). I've used this strategy against them and it worked. So thanks alot. Usually i'd either infantry rush or play US/Japan if it's a long fight and just tech up.
Just to follow up, it worked beautifully. I'm not quite as good at micromanagement, however, and had to "detooth" the left and right sides so that I could hurry up and defeat the middle which was hammering away at my distractions / defenses.
I did a dojo rush with 4 dojos and sent them to their end of the map. I managed to get vera and Oleg but the moment i got to moskvin he had a giant numnber of sickles and Natasha. I didn't realise she could fire so fast.
Such control! I was ramming my head against a Allies-based strategy, and failing to gain the firepower necessary every time before the Apocalypse came. I also tried a strategy revolving around getting out into the water and creating about five Giga-Fortresses, but the Kirovs came. I think I'll go try this out now.
Modified this a little, i didn't sell the MCV, once i destroyed Vera and Moskvin's bases i made a docks core (by this point i'd finished the main mission, you know where this is going) built a ton of giga-fortresses and swept Oleg's base (goddamnit that guy is hard to defeat with your strategy)
What they don't tell you is this... All three Soviet Union bases already have their base set up, way before you even get a chance to start with your first ever construction.

This is a good tactic, never knew how important those veteran academies are. You should have sent a few jet tengus out to prevent their destruction. Actually the strategy I use for this is chronospehre Tanya and mop up w/ harbingers and a few century bombers

The Red Button appears if you suffer a lot of casaulties or when you have the upper hand. It wont go off until you press it. If you press it, your time will be 99:59, but you'll get veterancy for all of your units.
Yeah, it's similar to Battle Royal only for Soviets. I think you see it - I use the right hand tech tree. Upgraded missiles. That's what I need for the mission.
That's because I do not want any flak trooper to come out and tear my VXs a new one. The VXs' rockets is very inefficient against flak troopers, compared to the flak cannon vs the VXs.
How I managed to beat all three commanders? I did exactly like the video above. Other than that, I used a lot of time :) What bonus? Just completing the mission unlocks the Kirov, beating it under par unlocks nothing more.

Earlier, I walled in all of my base. To do that, it was easier with the MCV pointing that way. Here, I chose not to, but I moved the MCV out of old habit :)
This strategy doesn't seem to work anymore, I think EA has altered the AI for the Ultimate Edition of C&C. By the time I get to where you are at building up Striker VX, the enemy all have Flak Troopers and Bullfrogs camping in their bases.
Best way for me is to build 2 turrets at the sides to stop the combat cycles, and build 2 refs at the right side of the map. Then build 2 Harbingers and 4 Appolo's. Take out the purple base. And by that time you should have 8 Apollo's and use the extra Harbingers to destroy all enemy units and destroy the bases. Sounds difficult but after a few tries, it becomes easy.
If the plan doesnt work, I restart... The point is to do this as fast as possible, not as strategically safe as possible.. Selling the MCV leads to Cash , which in turn leads to more units in the rush which leads to a higher probability of succeding..
be allies. build a wall around your perimeter. then build barracks and war factory. get three four multigunners. three spies and one tanya. then have them leave the base and let tanya blow up the bases. using the multigunners that have garrisoned the spies they will take out any infantry and yurikos that are thrown at you.
doesn't work , Tanya get slaughtered by infantry and sickles from all sides , harbingers get massacred by army of bullfrogs and dozens of migs and flak cannons and flak troopers to fuck them up even more .. this is not possible to do without some insane korean rts player micro skills or cheats

I just wish the ai can better counter these sorts of spams. The had almost no AA units or defenses at all. Even a few bullfrogs would have spared them.
Yea his game is broken i tried several of his tactis on certain missions they simply don't work because AI react completely differently than in his game.
Challenge would be so much better if they let you choose you units so you can mix and match the armies, instead of picking regular allied, rising sun, and soviets. Also you should be able to choose how they are built, for example you pick rising sun construction yard get a nano car for soviet barracks, or soviet construction yard and build a rising sun barracks as you would normal soviet barracks.
I play this on the xbox, and i notice that in the begginng, he doen't rush you like he does on the xbox. On the xbox in less than 2 minuetes, you'll have little fucking motorcylcles coming out your ass.
I try capture the veteran academy but oleg and moskvin"s mortar cycle shoot down my veteran academy.When i attack them they retreat.well i use allies in this mission.
hey!i'm afraid that this dude's game is different like seriously when do his startegies it doesnt work at all except the prism towers one i had ot go warmode to dot his one when i get vxs into their there would already be a alot of bullfrogs and flaktroopers
A little note to add, I recommend you aim for red first as they will build a lot of flak troopers and bullfrogs and Mig fighters almost immediately.

In the official C&C forum I have 49 records of the 50 challenges. The one I cant beat is MikeOs 1:14 on DeadMeat.

Future Warfare is a pain as well because you're up against 3 Hard Allied Commanders.

It appears you have a lot of time to prepare your team. For me, before I get my defense ready, my acedamy all smashed up by the enemies.

Just I used reverse move. I find it to be easier than using the ordinary move command in situations like that.

almost forgot to mention, flak troopers utterly destroy vx's without tengus to guard them, splash aa dmg=death
The button might appear and disappear and then re-appear... But that does not mean it has gone off.

Dont know - harvest them? You get it at Your Gold Mine Has Collapsed, but no other challenges, as far as I remember.
Had alot of difficulty on this one before i resorted to watching this, tried it and nailed it on the 3rd time
@herogamez12 The Veteran Academy makes every unit produce have one level of veterancy = slightly better than no veterancy..

I barely beat this one but hitted The Red Alert button. Man this is one is hard Future Warfare even harder

As soon as the mission starts, the three enemy base already set up what they need. Your base is like four or five steps behind the enemy.

That's overpowered, you can have Yuriko inside a IFV and own everything.
those challenges are supposed to make you learn how to use every single unit in regular games, so they train you to be an expert in multiplayer games
