Hi Andrew. I am not a fish person. The only fish I enjoy is whole flounder. I have not found restaurant's based on the menu's that Whole Flounder is listed. Any restaurant that you would recommend.
Hey Barbara! I would try 12a Bouy, they are my go-to for fresh seafood in Fort Pierce. I also recommend trying Cobia if you haven't tried it before. It's not a "fishy" taste by any means!
Was just there two weeks ago! Sadly had a disappointing experience at an Airbnb out along South Indian River road - the realtor who is marketing the place doesn't clean the pool, and this also happened to the guest prior to our stay! What a rip off - we liked the area very much and would return if she'd CLEAN THE DAMN POOL! I am fighting for a partial refund. What about the crime rate in Ft. Pierce? It is not listed as very good. Any opinions?
Is there a reason you didnt mention the avenues and having, for the most part to drive through them to get to the marinas? Couldnt possibly have anything to do with the drugs and crime rates could it? Kinda how you dont bring up Gifford when talking about Vero, or the explosion of homeless camps all along SR 60 especially west of 43rd.
I've never driven through any avenues to get to the marinas. I head south on US1, and then turn left on the bridge that takes you to the inlet where this video was filmed. We go as a family all the time and have never had any issues.

Yes, all of the public boat ramps in both Vero Beach & Fort Pierce will have free places to clean your fish after a day on the water
