Excellent - finally we have a team in charge who have a plan& will be reporting progress back on a defined 3mth basis rather than 'just' laying out free food.
Remember it was the previous Govt/Prime Minister who's personal goal was to reduce child poverty & we have even more people struggling to put food on the table/feed their own kids - Labour should be ashamed of themselves

With veg and salid no carbs. Reward early and late. Over 65 year olds back to school for 8-9&3-5. Schools need elder experience. Increase retirement age to 80 years old. Back to school for all.

We are in the middle of a cost of living crises and this government has raised taxs on regos, road user charges and fuel tax which will be past on to consumers as businesses that rely on freight such as supermarkets etc raise their prices EVENE MORE!! to accommodate those price increases.
They have given 2.9 billion in tax breaks for landlords but cant give a couple million for food in schools, in fact hah they want to reduce that funding while they also shortcut processes for big businesses.
Not to mention that they scrapped 3 waters but still want to keep elements of it because they dont have a better idea of what else to do as rates nationwide are set to go up 20% to 30%.

Second, i did hear that but none of it makes a lick of sense and he also forgets to mention that Labours Education system was still using the National Parties Standards Form which has been a nightmare since it was put into the system.
So yeah, your right, the system is junk... but dont forget though it is the National Parties Standards education system that was established in 2008 that was still being used...
So i do see the inter-relatedness of how it is and would fail. Labour had to contend with a Pandemic then kept NZ inflation of 41% far below the indo Asian average of 86% along with education, healthcare, business subsidies etc.
Second term though... labour could have done more and didnt. They failed the nation in a very public way.

I went to school when I was well too.. parents and schools will have guidelines. Maybe they will put in more school Nurses for example? I think they are looking at decile and demographics.
