This is a great fixer-upper...I would open up those walls and make a bigger kitchen and bathroom...I love that it has plenty of land that can possibly be a beautiful patio or garden. I absolutely love this place!!!! I also love that it's unattached but at the same time, you do have neighbors around....Stunning!!!
