Well until i have an experience (s) like her, ill still be in fear. Why can't we all know our purpose, why we're here and have these experiences? This makes me feel like I'm not real.

I think if you knew your purpose you wouldn't learn as much. I too live in fear and I can't switch it off by believing that the fear is useless. It makes me mad when people say: "Oh just let the fear go. There is realy nothing to fear." We know this! Many of us are going to therapy after therapy and we take medications. It 's almost condescending to make it look like fear is a switch that you can just turn off. I don't think a life lived in fear is meaningless either. It's sad but so is living with pain because you have some awfull disease. Coping with fear and living your life the best you can also yields many lessons.

I hear a lot of ego in this guest. She also characterizes spirit guides as blackmailing the dream workers to take her seriously. The message of no fear also seems to be based on fearful consequences.
However, I've listened to this podcast for several years and it's a great one overall.
