I lost my husband of 30 years 5 months ago. The love of my life , my soulmate. I have been experiencing panic attacks and anxiety for about 4 months now. Yesterday I had a panic attack that lasted all day and I felt that I needed to go to the hospital. I finally realized yesterday that he is never coming home. My heart is shattered. Heading to bed I needed something to relax me and I found this video. I finally feel that I was able to get a decent amount of sleep. Thank you for the bottom of my shattered and mending heart. I will always be grateful for you and the love you put into making this.
