- Longinus and Lui are making a big DB comeback after upgrading their Rage Longinus to Guilty Longinus! We honestly didn't think that Takara Tomy would release a Longinus Bey that could be better than Rage Longinus...boy....we were SO WRONG! This release doesn't seem to be as hyped as the previous Beys from a couple months back, which is going to make this super underrated for a little while until people get them in their hands. Guilty Longinus features a total of 8 metal dragon heads and weighs almost 80 GRAMS in its STOCK COMBO...OMGBBG! It's also even lower than Rage Longinus, so the upper attacks are next level. This Bey is going to be a fan favourite for a long time to come.

WOWOWOW...we underestimated this release for sure! Guilty Longinus has sooooo much metal on it and weighs a ridiculous amount in its stock form! You BBGs NEED to pick this Longinus up! It doesn't have any crazy abilities or gimmicks, but it's going to be one of the most solid attack types that will be coming out in Beyblade Burst DB. Longinus just keeps getting better and better 😭. When I first heard of Metal Lock Drivers, I knew immediately that they will be double-edged swords. I know there is massive risk to use one in the first place, and that was way back when they debuted in Superking too. Guilty Longinus is strong, but if it Bursts on you a few times with its stock parts set, you may never reassemble it again.

I like that there was exactly one(1) longinus that tried to change up the gimmick (nightmare), and since then they were like "you know what? If it ain't broke, don't fix it" and stuck with a very basic but potent design.
For those unaware for whatever reason, the Overdrive set has the new Belial (Dangerous Belial), obviously. There will also be a new Phoenix (Prominence Phoenix) as well as the Perseus and Bearing’ driver (yes, a stamina dash driver) although keep in mind the spring of Bearing’ will be more like Hasbro’s normal Bearing

I think in response to the metal drivers, they should have made it so that the teeth were also made of metal (or a material that is prone to wear) so that the teeth themselves aren't damaged or broken entirely. That would have made more sense

11:08 actually they have to put karma on this bey because if they put any other disc it would cross 85 grams (because karma is the lightest disc in all of db)
I'm not surprised to see the 2 Armour again, it's a good weight and looks smooth tbh. It's a solid piece and one I'm sure we'll see more of. So far bahamut, belial, and lunior have it I think. What u did for my bahamut tho was I used the purple armour if you bought the B-186 set and for lunior I used the blue 2 Armour Armour the extra parts of the spriggan set. The purple Armour looks better for bahamut and the blue Armour looks better for lunior imo so if you have all of them, give it a try you may like it.
**Note** swapping the normal 2 Armour for thr purple or blue variant doesn't change the weight of the bey.
Also BBG's I suggest a recreation of the frozen arena battles and use guiltylunior because Lui is the "frozen ogre" !!
The weight will change as there is paint on the armour so and extra 0.3 grams

I know I'm late but I just noticed that Perfect Belial's gears are placed depending on the rank of the blader's that he got inspired from making these gears
For example
V gear is on the driver since Valt is the number 1 rank blader
S gear is placed in the disk cause Shu is 2nd in the ranking
F gear on the bottom of the layer cause Free is the number 4 ranked blader
And L gear placed on the top because Lui is number 5 in the rankings
Who TF is the 3rd blader then?

I needed a new Longinus, my poor Rage has taken such a beating that one of the smaller blades broke off and the other has a nasty crack.
Also, that new Belial is supposed to be compatible with all the different gear parts, so it's not too much of a waste, I guess.

After testing out Guilty Longinus stock combo in my test battles, it sure made the greatest of beyblades like Infinite Achilles, World Spriggan, Brave Valkryie & Roar Bahamut feel guilty of their gimmicks! Felt guilty of my World Spriggan gimmicks

Every part of the bey has metal, the layer has the 6 dragons the chip has the 2 dragons and the armor is metal, the disc is metal and the driver has a metal spring lock
Maybe if there is another Longinus evolution, they will make it like Nightmare by combining the layer and disc. I could definitely see an updated nightmare design fusing both parts to create a chassis in a way.
hope so if there is another season lets hope valkyrie gets a better evolution,longinus gets a another evolution but with a new driver at least ,spriggan still remains its rubber,and we get some evolution of forgotten beys
They would need like a Lucifer the end type layer with a ton of metal for it to be competitive

10/10 The beyblade has the most metal in the Burst series. The Karma disc reminds me of the Nine disc from the original Longinus but uncolored. The Metal Destroy is a good driver. I mean, like this bey has the L Gear! Great and Very bruh.

It’s crazy to look back and think this is the last Longinus
Since season 3(choZ/turbo) the final antagonist beyblade is a defense type, dead phoenix, big bang genesis, lucifer the End, now a db defense type other than bahamut is coming. 👍🏽
Yeah i also noticed how in Cho Z - SK it's a defense type as a final Boss / main antagonist. But seriously i think till now after the OG Gen we have yet to get a stamina type final boss

I’m so excited to get it! I have the perfect combo prepared for it as well that could potentially be as broken as Rage Helios2 3A Xtreme’ was in Sparking. I’m gonna personally use Guilty Bahamut Giga Metal Xtreme 0. Im gonna mess around with that when I get the All in One set.
Lesson: Guilty will be the new banned part from DB since it can spin steal [yes it can somehow] and shreds other beyblades [as an example, Drago Galaxy made a video where Longinus and Fafnir were against each other and his Vanish blade was cut completely by the icy dragon]
