My favorite Dim Sum is the Crispy Pork Bun. You can’t find it there in the states. Thanks for the fond memories.
Did you folk ever try Hong Kong style won ton noodles soup at a won ton restaurant? Their won ton is stuff with one whole shrimp, chicken paste, bamboo shoot and cilantro, best I ever had.
The noodles were freshly made, cooked andantes style.
The broth complimentary the won ton very well with dice springs onions in the soup.
Hold on a minute I have to get some napkin, I’m drooling.😂 That’s what happens when you talk about your experience with good food this early in the morning. We need more napkins on table five. 😂😂😂

My favorites were the shrimp dumplings, they were nothing new but it tasted 100x better. How nice would it be if we had lived close to these places.
No, we only heard about the won ton noodles soup lol. Our list was pretty limited because we were in Hong Kong for only couple days 😆
