I didn't know what the blue was either. There are two base sets in this. The normal silver base set, and the blue high series base set. Each set has their own parallels. For example you pulled a high series red prism parallel of nebula, and you pulled a normal base red prism of Doctor Strange. Easy way to tell is the black lines/edges on the sides of the card. I think another difference is the high series have lower odds, so a little more valuable.
