HOWTO MAKE MUNG BEAN FILLING
1 Portion : 100 gram mung bean, 60 gram sugar, ( almost 1/3 cup) vanilla extract
Bring to boil the mix, stir constantly make sure not stick at bottom, recommend use non stick pan to prevent stick at bottom
Cook till mung bean not stick to your hand.. then it ready
How to make cake
INGREDIENTS
1 bag tapioca , 4 cup pandan leaves, 1 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 bag of shredded coconut
Mix pandan juice and sugar, bring to boil,stir up , add coconut... leave it cool down then add tapioca
-how to make cake
Pure mix to pan, cover lid... take out after few min and put in Saran wrap, add mung bean filling at midle, folding both sides and top so mix is stick together , final wrap ... straight out to make it look better
Continuing till finish
1 bag of tapioca can make 40 cakes, keep at room temperature for 1-2 days then in fridge
