Specially with the propagation of values through the splitter (I have to do it manually overwriting values.. I some moments you get to run the integrator but in may projects it does not start as too many variables are available. Please give you comments. Great Video. Thanks
Andre, how you determine the relative flows when you add the overhead splitter. In the tutorial neither the relative flows nor any other spec is mentioned. I see that you are adding a temperature spec to the BypassValve stream. Can you dive some light on this? How do you determine a temperature of 77F when the ToCondenser Temp is 193.2F? Thanks!
Andrew, can you please tell me how did you modelled heat exchanger in unisim. I ve tried to do that but I can't creat a steam pulse with the original one. I saw that you have added something to it. How can i creat a steam pulse?
Andre, what version of Hysys are you using? Or you are using Unisim from Honeywell? I have Hysys 7.2 but I am having problems to get the same results with the tutorial.
+Ebrahim KamalShanbedi Yes, this was a simulation in DYNAMIC mode using Unisim. And the HYSYS manuals linked in the video description were used as a reference to perform such simulation. We compared the component concentrations as a function of time obtained from the simulation to those obtained from a 24-stage distillation column.
No...I meant a dynamic absorber to remove H2S and CO2... and compare sweet gas stream with real plant data or analyzer to validate the model in dynamic to see how close to a real plant... can we connect together in linkedin or facebook?
Hi Andrew. Where is the options in which you can see the dimensions of the column(Volume, Height, diameter)? Thanks !!
No problem! It may help to revise all your Pressure-Flow specifications (both in the main simulation and in the column sub-flowsheet)

Bro, where can i found column internals option in unisim i can't find it

Hi Andrew...
Did you simulate a gas sweetening unit in DYNAMIC mode by UniSim or others like HYSYS or ASPEN?
Did you compare it with real plant data?

how we can control level of chimney tray and column without reboiler? Help me pls!

I'm using Unisim. Please read the description. I uploaded some material that may help in case you're using Hysys.
Good work.
Hello Andrew,
show me the video time for your question please. I'll do my best to answer your question
it's a school license. it's not mine.
thanks!
