Sure hand slasher has a 120 second cool down while arm cut has a 150 second cool down. Hand slasher also immobilizes the titan for a very short amount of time, however hand slasher is 50k more than arm cut. That is a staggering amount for a beginner. Plus hand slasher requires a full blade to even be functional. If you’re on your last blade and you don’t have perfect gear you are dead! In conclusion I believe you should buy arm cut first and then hand slasher. Edit: Recharge times. Arm cut: 150 seconds to recharge. Hand slasher: 120 seconds to recharge. Blind: 65 seconds to recharge. Jaw cut: 60 seconds Ankle cut: 60 seconds Blades throw: 25 second to recharge.

The last time I played I managed to activate the ability by luck, I was in despair because there were two abnormal titans chasing me, but I don't even know how I did it.
