I did the triple ultra-wide for a while. 3 x 34 inch R1000 monitors. It was awesome but MASSIVE! Complete wrap around. Now I just use a single 49inch ultra-wide. I would still have the triple setup but, just like Dave, my better half is now racing, too.
Was so damn fun! Split 2 was a blast! Maybe we can mix the field up after the season for like a finale race with both splits in one race! That would be fun also!
just watched the rest of it this afternoon here in Australia. what an awesome time you all had. Dave that last race was proper good from you. you can drive mate. I would love to join in a race with you if possible. would you ever do a Ashes race with all you poms and us Aussies. really enjoy your videos mate. absolutely solid effort mate.
You keep checking on these dogs, Dave. You know, I saw a YT video of a dog that drove a car, very slowly, but most assuredly down a road and around a curve. His handler was outside, guiding him along, giving him instruction. I wonder how many treats did it take for him to successfully accomplish this? I wonder how many bumpers and scrapes they had? Most of all I wonder if one or more of your dogs could be trained to run endurance races with you?
What settings for shifting do you use? Even with auto blip I always have a short delay when upshifting and I can see for a second the clutch bar going up. You can shift without any delay!?
In this race I was using anti stall clutch. Lifting slightly on the upshift a d manual blipping on the downshift. Probably around 3 tenths quicker per lap
@@davecamyt - agree on the 3/10s faster. I was using paddle clutch on way up then blipping on way down. With the clutch i just grab the gear and clutch at same time with one finger on each. I find lifting too hard on my old ankles. Not sure what the "optimal" method is but auto-blip changes even sound like they take longer.
Aww mate, the TV situation was brilliant 😂😂😂
I died 😂😂😂 1:15:25
i think the dual streaming together is excellent. LG tv moment and the 'sweat' stuff. haha.
Missed it but just watching back now and what a great production Dave with the different cameras and stuff, very well done
Great racing, didn’t catch it live but watched it back. Car and track comb is fantastic and Mrs Dave cam did great
Dave, seriously now... have you ever considered doing stand-up comedy? You're a riot, Dude!
I look funny. That's about it 😁

Thanks Dave. Really enjoyed that. Promise I wasn’t sandbagging in R2. Had damage then a spin.
