Mas mau nanya. Volvo fmx440 selenoid yg kecil deket motor stater ground yg masuk ke ECU ndak ada apanya ya. Klo tak langsung tempel di body mau start. Tp tak mau running. Di diagnosis pada enggine systim cuman ada OPERATING FAILED. MAKASIH

Coba samean cek supply tegangan dan kabel yg ke EECu aman apa tidak.

Supply arus yg ke Relay starting motor ada apa tidak bos.
Sekalian cek fuse dan relaynya juga bos. Aman apa tidak.

Layar monitor nya sudah gak berpungsi makanya gak bisa lihat code kesalahan nya

Mungkin ada kerusakan di rumah (housing) filter solar.
Karena di dalamnya ada check valve yg menahan solar agar stand by di sistem solar.
Kalau check valve itu loyo atau lemah maka fuel akan turun atau kembali lagi ke tangki solar.
Akibatnya saat di crank kadang susah hidup.

Control of camshaft settings, cold engine and valve clearance for cylinder 1 inlet valve = 0.
The inlet valve for cylinder 1 at flywheel position 6° ATDC should be open 1.6 ± 0.3 mm.
When checking, the timing gears must be rotated in the correct direction (clockwise seen from the front) in order to take up all backlash.

Numpang nanya bang klo eror ENGINE DERATED. CRANKCASE PREASSURE CRITICAL itu apa ya maksdnya.dan rusaknya apa bang..?

Kemungkinan ada kerusakan pada sensor crankcase , kebocoran kompresi pada engine, kebocoran kompresi pada Kompresor angin atau ada kabel yang ke sensor crankcase bermasalah.

Kemungkinannya itu bang,,
kalo pressure crankcase di atas 1 KPA maka engine akan derate dan low power biasanya.

how you guess this is idler pulley problem
why not check starter motor

And starting motor is normal, not a problem.
