Luxury Camping in the Rocklands / AfriCamps South Africa

Welcome back to another video as we showcase our beautiful home country South Africa while living in our self converted van, Yeti. We are Michael & Acacia and in this weeks film we Say goodbye to the van as we visit our 11th Africamp in the Cederberg mountains.
The Africamp tents are merely identical when it comes to design , that’s why it’s all about the locations that they are situated in. This particular camp is situated in the world famous bouldering region known as the Rocklands. We take you through these rocky landscapes as we hike to the double cascading waterfall, give our go at bouldering and enjoy the colourful wild flowers blooming. To make our stay even more enjoyable we even opted for the Africamps prepacked meal baskets which provide you with fresh local produce without having to shop around yourself.

Hi, what is your fuel consumption in the Yeti? How many km's to a litre?

Hey. I know it’s 9.7 litres per 100km so that’s like 10km per litre i think 💭

@@MichaelandAcacia thanks want to more or less work out a rough budget on petrol costs monthly plus accom etc. It roughly costs a month on the road in a van. 😁
