Scarlet is perfect, it’s the most versatile rap album I’ve ever heard and somehow she managed to keep it consistent whilst having all the songs sound so different to each other

you must do your research on genres of artists you aren’t 1000% devoted to because doja was never pop! her first 3 projects were straight up R&B/hiphop. she only went pop on “planet her” album & at that there’s only like 4 pop songs on that album. she has ALWAYS been predominantly R&B with a dash of rap! the whole popstar narrative when she has less then 10 pop songs in her entire discography is actually insane lol
