Well I don't feel safe with him out so figure it out.
There goes another 6 million dollars...
One minute of watching this reporting, and that's exactly what first came to my thoughts. 😂
@@youtubeguest5494 Waltz says we gots monies to burn. So we is good.
Where is his dad? Its always the urban moms who are forced to pick up the pieces. Where is the central male role model in his life
Yeah, I'm sure the mom has nothing to do with where the dad is.
@@mikehannigan848you sound like a real treat to be around yourself. Did your wife leave you 😅
@HeavyNeck-oq4nt First off,I'm a delight. Secondly, I don't see you mentoring the boy. Thirdly, tell your folks I says hey.
@@mikehannigan848 you’re weird
@@mikehannigan848 were you born in August 1948
Keep him locked up. Or send him to one of those nature programs. No way should the county be held in contempt. Didn't we close down totem town? what were those in power thinking?
It was closed due to conditions. I'm assuming the piece of the story we're missing is the county won't charge him as it's 100% legal to keep him in a JD, but if there aren't charges then they would be in contempt and unlawfully detaining someone.
What you the voters wanted them to do. Sorry. Let them out.
@@Charles-d4e3b i didn't vote for her
Hennepin county closed all the places that helped these children without replacing them with other services so they can say less kids are in institutions.
Don't really care, keep them there longer.
Agreed. Start arresting their parents after the second arrest
Do the kids have fathers in the home? How about just a good male role model?
A certain ideology calls that "The Patriarchy"
Another idealogy calls that ''The sperm donor''
Whether I’m a victim of a 40 yr old or an 11 yr old, I’m still a victim
Yes but in TRUE Sota Style fashion the offender is the ONLY real victim as we all caused him to be the way he has to be.
@@918-Verax Dems teach that I’m sure
Why do we have major problems in the justice system YEAR AFTER YEAR ??? Why should we keep voting for the same officials ???
I'd genuinely like to know how you think that would help? Voting red doesn't make space in these facilities. It's basic math. I don't disagree it's crap but they are literally looking at sending him across the country.
@JoshRahn maybe just maybe changing people and places will help this boy grow into a successful man. It sure seems like his Ma can't or won't nurture, love, or parent this helpless child. We gotta step in...as its Sota Style.
@@918-Verax That doesn't explain how voting red would make beds available.
@@JoshRahn I don't follow you as I am not advocating anyone to vote red. I am advocating for this child. Zero politics.
@@918-Verax Wut? your responding to the OP of why do you keep voting blue and your not here to discuss politics?
don't do drugs when you're pregnant
That's a leap with zero context.
Jail the parents for failing to parent.
Not how that works. The child is taken and placed in care of the State. I do wonder why that isn't the case, though, if she can't accept the child and the county isn't gonna charge him as a criminal
Be a parent, you failed your child
Ignorance
If she can't accept the child back home I'd like to know why CPS isn't taking custody and placed under State care. Either way it's more fucked they're not just being charged and it's a legal detention, then
This is a classic example of "beggars cant be choosers". This mom is unable to take care of her son, and he needs to go some where. Maybe getting far away from the current enviornment hes coming from, will be a plus overall
Why don't we rebuild previously existing systems for them rather than spending the money to send out of State?
Hey if the mother was doing her job as a parent the kid maybe sitting home watching TV instead of heading to prison sooner or later.
Ignorance
The bad influence comes from hip hop rap music. Hip-hop rap music influences and promotes violence, crimes, drugs, drug use, drug sales, robbery, carjacking, and car theft because doing those bad things represents "masculinity" and it gives em a sense of being a "cool" kid/teenager.
Everyday there's millions and millions of kids/teens out and about, but a huge great whopping percentage of em don't end up in jail/detention centers and doesn't get in trouble with the law.
Put the parent in jail or birth control.
How hard is it to watch an 11 year old. Call CPS. If that doesn't work that's what the juvenile jails are for.
Apparently it's illegal to jail children now?
Or a prison for kids in Minnesota.
And put them in prison for a very long time if there that dangerous kids. It's also the parents fault not teaching them right and wrong. Im not dangerous due to a specific learning style issue, IQ is 95% Above average intelligent 🤓 woman. Have ADD, and epilepsy is not a psych condition lying Mrs Armstrong told her clients that. It's a neurology condition. Due to a serious brain 🧠 injury in 1997 fall out of the 3floor window 🪟 after a arson fire 🚒🔥 that two assholes did.
Lock his ass up whats the problem??
He is a criminal. What was his home life like ,that at this early age he has committed the crimes he has? What did the mother try to do to help her son prior to this destructive behavior? Now the state has to deal with his issues and the taxpayers will foot the bill.
Tracy, why does the safety of a violent criminal take priority over the safety of everyone else?
No easy answers , if he is in a safe place now keep him there.
Don’t THESE “people” have any shame?
Let his mother and family take care of him. Back in the 90s Hennepin county was sending juveniles to Red Wing like nothing. They had no problem putting you in solitary confinement for days without any AC or toilets.
Where’s the Father? That’s the core question.
@@reagananderson2400 have you seen the fathers of these kids? Not exactly father of the year material.
@@sjr100 I ask because 99% of situations like this the father is either locked up or somewhere in the danger zone.
Send the kid home to his parent/s and let them raise him. Otherwise, send him to military school.
Kids locked up behind brick walls 23 hours a day. Here hair falls out and get trash food.
Where's Dad????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
That happened to me as a teenager in 1967, its not new!
Color me black, I'm so surprised.
send him home with his dad
The ppl in these comments are keyboard warriors! That’s a child Ava he deserves every service and accommodation under the LAW!
Lmao you guys didn’t blur the name for shit I can obviously tell it says Kendra king
life time criminals they need jail time, mother wants welfare payments
Well they don’t charge them with anything
What the heck was the cameraman thinking focusing on the mother's chest because she doesn't want to be identified. Just don't show her while she's talking?
That sports jacket fits horribly. Riding up in the back
either the city deals with them or we will.
Sir 3:52 no idea why that’s happened.
Just close the juvenile center, that's apparently what people want. Probably what the victims want too considering where they live. The future victims will probably want no jails of any kind. That city is full of ignorance.
Ironically it wasn't liberals who wouldn't fund the rehabilitation to keep Totem Town open, guess who doesn't want to pay taxes for such social systems. But just keep playing the blame game, that's done a lot
