Чел с усами видимо главный инженер, с уровнем и рулеткой работать умеет, варят всей бригадой по очереди, чтоб не обидно потом было что у одного глаза болят.
Чтобы крайнего не найти когда развалится😅
Все канонично. тапки+ метал + болгарка с 1:53, разметка рулеткой. сварка гнутым электродом. сварено хорошо. для трактора! отлично зайдет хотя сама балка переупрочнена центральной втулке не хватает накладок у торцов (вырвет при фронтальном ударе) заделка и размеры шкворней пожалуй хлипковаты. )
Чё придираешся. всё по уровню.
Они его что, для "фронтального удара" готовят)))? Для продажи!

красочкой прямо по ржавчине пшик пшик, красота! Ну и что что потом дождём смоет, зато щас ой как приятно выглядит. Люди любят бесполезный труд, сегодня намазал - завтра отпало, зато день прошёл)

I've watched quite a few of these videos and it's the first time I've seen them build something on a bench. They must be in very short supply.

welding is terrible...stitch welding any item thats going to take heavy loads. all the inner welds should of been full seams. the axle pivot tube was only tacked in 2 places before being sheilded by 2 bits of angle. they could of seam welded the tube before surrounding it. giving better load capacity. gas cutting the excess plate of would cause more heat effects. just a bodge...but guarantees more replacement work.

The king pin is suposed to lean invard in top, they don't understand/knowing what they are doing, and the tractor will be hard/heavy to steer.

You are not right first the the cuting torch worked as post heating processes therfore that eliminate the haz . Second the welded structure it's more durable then molded one we just prefer molding for complex shapes and vibration demping and cost . And all heavy-duty excavator structure ar welded

Paint prep? We don't need no paint prep, just paint right over the rust. Bearing dropped on the dirt floor? It's ok no sweat. 30 30 guarantee, 30 minutes or 30 feet out the door, whichever comes first.

The angle setting of the king pins is backwards. Steering geometry will be screwed up.

no shoes, no gloves , no masks, no safety glasses... .. no welding gloves or jacket.. no hearing protection........... and im sure no health insurance or paid sick days. nevermind a 401k. jeebus. i do this same work, and after watching these guys... i feel bad for sometimes complaining.
Will Somebody buy these guys , a Work-bench, safty-glasses, work-boots,gloves ,& a couple of "half-way decent" welding helmets.

As you can clearly see in their country that can do things cheaper they're working they're making a living but they do not have to jump through all the EPA standard hoops and play protection then but he noticed the guy doing the grinding is wearing flip-flops this is why you paid for cheap stuff on Amazon it's good quality stuff yes but you're promoting slave labor these people need to make a better wage for their skills
