Back in 1997 i competed in a scottish fling event in Toronto Canada, the farmers walk was 250 lbs. In each hand,many guys tried with no success,it came down to me & 1 huge dude,i won with 225 feet i could've gone much farther but they weren't expecting anyone to go that far & i ran out of walkway,the announcer said all you big Canadians should be ashamed of yourselves you let a boy from Arkansas beat you,it was alot of FUN,, Go Tod Go
hey uncle todd, ive been having some elbow pain like right in the middle of my elbow everytime i do tricep exstensions for reps. what should i do for this to go away?

I don’t have dumbells I believe wobbly weights are superior. I once saw Bowen out curl Jujimufu when using wobbly weights. Juji would onviously outcurl Bowen with dead weights.
@@toddhutchings906 30lb club doing sets of inside/outside circles (20 rep or so) will destroy the riser and grip) plus a bunch of good for shoulder health.
even an hour is quite long (in my opinion), i really don't get why people over-train, i feel like the only way to do that is if the intensity is too low, and if that's the case then the body adapts to work with low weight. sure you get better vascularity but everything is a compromise. besides all that though, walks are great, doing curls or other exercises whilst walking is a killer because it sort-of distracts your body and you can go to failure without even realising you've gone to failure. if you're walking i mean. its like the body takes the exercise more seriously or something. i've noticed when i do it and come home i go to fill the kettle up and my arm is shaking like a shitting dog, lol.
