I ran a flush in mine and I've got so much built up muck that needs to be cleaned out. But I'll tell you the two things I've used that have made a huge difference in cleaning the stuff on this car with it. I have a steamer that I got from harbor freight, using its wire brush tip and it's so simple. Another simple thing is just spraying Purple Power And either wiping or hitting it with a little wire brush quickly. I'd worked in it for so many hours the other day with Nick's and cuts on my hands and none of them burned. At that moment I realized that I will be spraying my hands with purple power from now on and literally just wiping it off with a towel. Both of these will do just as good as the results I saw you without having to wait and dip them. Especially if you're just having a cleaning with a wire brush after dipping them, then I would skip that process and just do one of these two. Hope that helps you in the future speeding up some cleanup! Thanks for the great vids.
This method could be very use full for used parts sale shop business... It could make a very good difference at price between a Rusty uncleaned part and a same type part which is highly clean. I liked it
Is there anything similar to this I can use on my Cams? I can't buy it over here in the UK, Some people say Brake cleaner but will it still have the desired effect?
What did you end up using to get the gears off the camshaft? I recently bought a chain wrench; I'm betting that would do the trick, along with a breaker bar. I know it's a little late for suggestions... that's why I was curious what method you ended up using. I enjoyed the video. Awesome work. :)

I'll see if I can find anything. Brake cleaner will not work the same.
