Hello bro , i have canon pixma g2420 with an error 5200
I filled the ink in each of the tanks, tubes and cartridge, but unfortunately the same problem is still present, and I also cannot control the commands via buttons ( menu...) on the printer or the computer program, because it shows me an error (printed sheet count 2451-2500)

This method only applies for support code 5B00 "first reset" the next reset needs a software "resettet" which is a paid one that even me dont have one 😁. Thank you

You should bring your printer to a service center for there is no available resetter for canon G series or you can also purchase a resetter online.. support code 5000 is only initial reset then the 5100 will be the second.
