I'm so glad you moved out. I feel like part of why you were so depressed in seattle and didn't like it is because of your old apartment. It honestly was depressing with no sunlight and a verrry small place specially to you since you came from california. I hope you're much happier now and wish you and kevin good luck.

When you live together it teaches you how to be considerate towards eachother and see if you can live with things they do or how they take care of their things such as picking up after themselves and mainly 50/50 responsibilities consider your significant other feels and comforts

Dang, love it! My wife and I are working on a house tour of our home in Sacramento and are hoping to post it in the next week or two. Can't wait to show people how much house they can afford to have in Sacramento, for the same price they would pay to live in a measily little box of an apartment in NYC.
I currently reside in Sacramento & honestly it is such an underestimated homey place to live.
From the countless bike trails all over to the vibe of midtown, to the water parks all throughout the city - Sacramento will always hold a special spot in my heart. ❤

I started dating my boyfriend a few months before quarantine too haha. I lived in a microstudio when I first moved to Seattle, then we ended up sharing a lofted studio and finally with all the rent drops we snagged a 1bed in a new building too! Totally agree with everything you said in the brief Q&A about moving in with a SO.

I love the Eastside! If you live in a place next to the major east west highway that isn't tolled, it is no more 20 to 30 minutes to get downtown. Apartments on the Eastside tend to include utilities and parking, something I had a hard time finding in Seattle.

You might disagree but things can be talked out but with you and kev you both have been together for awhile and you are past the friends stage and are committed to each other and treat eachother respectfully and care a lot about one another it shows all these things plus you both are compassionate to one another and can laugh and have fun together enjoy each others company and miss eachother from time to time you enjoy spending time together and doing things together that's what makes it a good fit for you both.

I rmb the first time my bf and I moved in together, we budget but wanted a HOME together and not a place to move to temporarily so we did splurge and find other ways to make it work. Fast forward now, he is now my husband with 2 dogs and a cat Good job and Gluck Miki
The only drawback with front loading washing machines are that you can't add more clothes after the cycle has started due to water filling up.
With the high efficiency washer you can. I do it all the time. It washes with less water.

I live in Bellevue. If you time it right, you can go down I-5 to I-90 to bypass the toll. It takes me 20 minutes to get to/from UWMC for night shift!

You can get into Seattle via 405 and 90 without paying the toll. I work in Seattle and live in the highlands and that’s how I get to work. Could also commute once the pandemic is over
