Look out for Thomas the train stuff guys I buy them when ever they are a good price and 90% of the time they are. A good set will sell for 150$ minimum also look out for lion king plush dolls. Expand your variety. It’s funny how over time you see something and you know the value of it. I’ve been reselling for almost 4 years. Since I was 16 and I’m going to have to stop soon. My business is almost there and it’s all thanks to youtubers like you guys.

I almost went to the Candia yard sale but ended up having too many other things to take care of. My brother-in-law is on Candia's volunteer fire department. I love yard sales I once came upon a lady who didnt know she had a ton of family heirlooms in a jewelry box I let her know just cuz she could never get any of that back if I see something that's worth a ton of money I try to pay it forward and let them know what they have anything crazy rare some ppl still say idc I want it gone $3 but some ppl are doing it to make extra cash every lil bit helps found some ugraded comics in mint condition guy just wanted them gone they were his sons and he died I still have them about to send them out to be graded ungraded mint condition almost $2000 a with a book that's from 1795 old child stories and poems is worth 500 by itself and now I have a pretty nice old book collection and comics that I will keep to leave something for family when i pass on by then they all should be worth a ton
I was at an estate sale where this train buff guy passed away and had a room full of train magazines, catalogs, books and blueprints all the way back to 1940's but I had no idea on their worth and didn't even know where to store them. I'm sure they were worth thousands though.
Sweet score. I think the minotaur action figures at the sale with the lego set were worth something too. At sales like that where there are clearly winner vintage toys and the prices are good I just buy everything I can make a reasonable assumption on.
