Yes that deal at Tractor Supply was fantastic got one as well however I noticed that they were not putting them out for purchase kind of strange at least locally, they told me they were out unital I went to the outside area under cover and showed an employee they were in the boxes & was able to make the purchase, not sure if I will mod ours as the kids are the ones using it and they always break things.
About 5 years ago Walmart. Had some on clearance for about 250.00 I thought at the time 250 dollars for a 200cc bike was no way true. Now, I see what these bikes can do and I should have bought one back then
I was the only person buying them around here. Got two. Kept one inside. Chained one to my truck bed. It’s currently 20 degrees outside. But the weekend is 50-60. They just sat chained outside the store. hfreight had the upgraded predator engine for 106 shipped also 212cc
Bought 2 for my 7 & 10 year old grandsons, having a blast riding on 22 acre out back. Really surprised me ,going uphill is as smooth ,easy , as level ground, they ride em, they'll learn to wrench em, great for the kids, Im impressed with power😊
Thats the thing, its fairly light weight to put in a vehicle and transport. don't let it fool you by its size! Even stock it has some pretty good torque.
if you add a aluminum weight in the drive gear of the cvt and then a green spring in the driven gear of the cvt as well as add a 54-60 tooth rear gear it will get you up to 40-42mph on dirt and about 42-44mph on the road. check out the page got a couple videos of the mb Trailmaster stock motor modded and it might even be heavier than the b200r
I actually can top out at 44mph on the stock motor with the gov disabled and aftermarket air and pipe and carb rejet. I’m on the red spring default settings. With 10tooth and 50tooth on the back with CVT. I’ve since removed the gov and added billet rod and flywheel but kept the OEM cam. No increase in top end from these changes. Maybe a mod 2 cam later.
I have the same bike. I have a few questions. I really need help getting my chain guard set up the way you have it and also would like to know where to print that bracket that you made. It’s pretty awesome. Please let me know.
You can download the 3d print file and make one or someone close by to make it. I can also make you one as well. The bad is that the print cover hides the original welded bracket on the bike that I had to bend in a bad way to get things to line up. Not ideal but with the cover you don’t see it. I also had to cut the metal chain guard shorter to make it fit. I used some spacer on the back bolt hole of the chain guard bracket to make it fit as well. I didn’t want the. Chain to slap the guard all the time so it’s mounted higher to prevent that
I rode mine on some rough desert mountain trails recently and it handled it all without any issues! th-cam.com/video/kGmpTdANFUU/w-d-xo.htmlsi=c0QnMTYDSfa2GWeN I also tried this exhaust and it was the quieter of the three I tested. This one had a deeper exhaust tone like a motorcycle would th-cam.com/users/shortsyqm1-qf6Qek?si=1SSN1lg8CbhXjwEJ But, I settled on this one. It’s not the loudest and not the quieter one of the three I tried th-cam.com/users/shortsULU-JX0yJFk?si=MJgeI_IuKICQU_zO If you go with a CVT you’ll have a little bit quieter drivetrain as you won’t be hearing the clutch ringing like they do with the stock setups.
Nice modifications. Please show some trail riding with it. I am interested because I bought one for same price for my daughter. I have been testing it out and the machine just stock is really capable. I imagine it will be more capable with her 100 lbs body vs my 248 lb body. Anyway thanks for video
Hey i have the same bike and put a new airfilter and carb on it but this one is the only one i see that has the random tube sticking out of the gas tank top. I started it up and the engine is misfiring like crazy even after adjusting the air/fuel mixture. Im wondering if that random tube at the top I left hanging off has something to do with it...
Can you please tell me where you got your aftermarket carburetor filter set up with any luck was on Amazon and I can buy it. They don’t list it for b20r don’t want to get wrong one Also same with the exhaust… help!
Nice bike. If you are topping out at 4200 RPM pulling the governor is a waste of time and wouldn't improve anything. If you can't get to 4500 RPM with the throttle stop screw backed out you won't get there pulling the governor. It takes a large gearing change to get to ungoverned RPM with a torque converter. Even with a "built" engine. 4200 RPM is very good but the MPH seems low. Have you made any changes to the torque converter or gearing?
Your right, when I pulled out the gov I saw no performance gain at all. I think the mod I did on the springs basically disabled the gov anyway. I’m running the 10t on the front and stock 50 on the back. I just love the hill climbing ability of this mini. I also put on the OMB throttle mod which removed all the original spring linkage OEM configuration.
Got a question. What advantages does the torque converter give? Is it pretty easy to install? Thinking about buying this same bike. They have five in stock at my local TS. Thanks!
Well I noticed when I installed mine that I had better low end torque. This is because the torque converter has a belt that actually acts like variable gearing depending on engine rpm’s. Whereas the standard clutch has only the ability to run at a fixed gear ratio no matter what rpm your motor is at. Going with a CVT you also get to eliminate the secondary jackshaft chain. Get one and run it stock for awhile. Then see if you like it!
I have the 30 series equivalent to the Comet but a China clone. It’s been good so far. Got three extra belts for 15 bucks lol. See the link on my site radpaul.weebly.com/coleman-mini-bike-b200r.html
The stock setup I changed because I was getting the siphon effect with wet gas getting into my filter then I was getting vapor lock which shutdown the engine about a mile after riding. I would then undo the gas cap and start back up. So, I have zip tied the hose with the filter up onto the frame above the tank. Problem fixed
I have the same problem. My LED bicycle light is way brighter! I don’t have a solution right yet as the bulb size on this. Bike is huge! I went with an aftermarket flywheel so I have no lights now except for a bicycle LED. The new flywheel can’t have the coils to make power.

Ha never too old to ride even me at 59
Looking at getting this bike I'm 17 just look like something fun I could probably use it for bike camping lol

Ha ha ,was very nice looking good brother
Cheap entertainment on wheels!

how’d you do the bag mount? might do something similar myself to my b200r
I did a laser cut of some wood and used some 1/2 conduit clamps to bolt the bag and wood plate to the frame. Works pretty good

Should receive ours on Friday from TC. It will be fun to ride it around our 18 acres. I just need to get over the lawnmower sound.

Ha I’m just a bit over 200 and mine will pop a wheelie. If you need touch up paint, the rustoleum sunrise red from Walmart is a good match!

What about seat spring kits for this bike? Any idea?
If you go to Red Beards Garage he has put a set of shocks on the back

That tube I believe is part of the emissions to send fuel vapor back to the carb.
It’s basically a vent so the tank doesn’t end up getting vapor lock

No problem check out my page for all the part links

The filter came with the carb
Remember adding a pipe and carb will require new jets in the new carburetor

@@radpaul2574 thanks man I appreciate the advice!
What torque converter do you have? I want to do the same thing to this bike as did with my predator but not have to swap the engine.

How can i get that exhaust?
How do you have your gas tank vent tube routed

Just brought mines! Tractor Supply got them for 599.99 right now.
That’s a good price, I got mine on sale as well.
Request the MCO from them then send to Coleman to validate then you can register the vin at least in AZ it works like that
How do we get the file to that part you added with the bike name
I’ll get a link to that for free here soon
is there better headlights because mine isnt very bright
I have the same problem. My LED bicycle light is way brighter! I don’t have a solution right yet as the bulb size on this. Bike is huge! I went with an aftermarket flywheel so I have no lights now except for a bicycle LED. The new flywheel can’t have the coils to make power.
Yes there is! I used a 7in led and it fit perfectly with the existing bracket on the bike
What type of oil it take
I go with 15w30 delco diesel motor oil with a high zinc content for better lubricants
Forgot to show it running ! Blue balls
On the trails now, will go anywhere
