A part of St. Thomas was cut off and shared with Portland. I think as far as Manchaniel, Portland was St. Thomas.

If it was up to me, I would rename the parish of St Ann to become Marvey parish. Merging the 2 names of some of the most influential people to come out of said parish - Bob Marley and Marcus Garvey
