    Can you provide me some name of affordable price hotels like 2000rs to 2500rs to stay in port blair havelock n neil???
    Also can you provide the original link for Private sea link or maccruz jetty for booking ferry tickets???

    • @WildIndianRover
      @WildIndianRover  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      There are many hotels you can find in this range in Port Blair, once such hotel that I stayed in is Hotel Coral Inn and few hotels can be booked from OYO app. In Havelock and Neil Island, you will mostly find resorts, you can go for any resort which is near Vijaynagar beach in Havelock.
      You can check for prices for these hotels (Port Blair) mentioned below by calling up to them directly or by visiting any agent travel sites. (These are just few that I know, there are many based on different prices)
      1. The Pearl
      2. Coral Inn
      3. Blue Bridge
      4. Andaman Shores
      5. The Lotus Home
      You can check these sites for ferry booking.

    Very informative videos , Tons of Thanks to you brother.
    I have these questions left with me ,
    1. Is it necessary to do covid test for those who vaccinated ?
    2. Is it necessary to do covid test before you fly back from Andaman ?
    3. How about exploring the local places with rental two-wheelers instead for opting taxi or auto ?

    • @WildIndianRover
      @WildIndianRover  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks a lot Ganesh :)
      To answer your questions :-
      1. It is difficult to say about this, few people are still testing covid positive after vaccination, so I think you need to but am not sure, because I have not seen such SOP released by Andaman tourism.
      2. That depends on your destination state to which you are flying to. Currently, many states are seeking tests if people are travelling from few states like Maharashtra, Kerala etc. Andaman is not in the list of any states.
      3. Yes, 2 wheeler is the best option, and I will suggest you only that. Taxis and autos will cost you 2-3 times more. You will find many 2-wheeler rental in Andaman, just show your license and some proof and you are done.

    Hi it's very helpful
    I m planning with my family feb last so I need some information from you
    1. Can any tourist operator arrange deputy commissioner permission from our end or only we have to visit personally we are 5 people including 2 kids all have to visit personally or 1 can do all the formalities
    2.My mother only have pancard and aadhar card will it work for permits and tkts of all locations
    3.jolly buoy tkts and permissions also can any tourist operators arrange on our behalf or only we have to personally visit
    4.last pls tell me Mr shashi Kumar is the tour operator who helped you is a reliable person whom we can approach for all tkts and permits
    Thanks in advance

    • @WildIndianRover
      @WildIndianRover  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for visiting. Let me try to clarify your doubts.
      1. No, a tourist operator can not get you permission, as it has to be signed and submitted by you. It is not necessary for all family members to go to office. One form will be given to you, in which you can mention the names and details of your family members, that's it. But before going to Deputy Commissioner office, do confirm with any hotel operator or tour operator if it is really required. The rules keep changing, it might not be necessary to go there at all, so please confirm.
      2. Yes, that's enough. Aadhar card works in all cases.
      3. Yes, for Jolly Buoy you can try approaching the tour agents, they can get you the ticket but they would charge you extra fees.
      4. He is not tour operator, he runs sports activities business. If you want to do water activities then you can approach him, mention my name and ask him if he can give you discount :)

    If I arrive at Port Blair today and apply for inter island travel, will I be able to travel to havelock the next day?

    • @WildIndianRover
      @WildIndianRover  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Possibility of getting your name or ticket depends on the number of people travelling on the same day, if the number of people travelling to Havelock is huge then the probability of getting your name listed or getting ticket is less. That is why it is always good to plan 2-3 days in prior if you want to travel from govt ferry to Havelock. But to answer your question, it is difficult to predict, you might get but only if you are lucky enough.

    We need covid reports not prior to 48 hours of arrival at Andaman. But we don't get covid reports within 48hours right?
    So if we have a flight on 7th April (5.30am) when should we go for the covid test? 4th or 5th?

    • @WildIndianRover
      @WildIndianRover  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Why not? You can get reports within 48 hours. Moreover, they will verify your RTPCR report from ICMR website. If you are travelling on 7th April at 5:30 am then your test date or time should not be older than 48 hours, which means you need to get your test done on 5th April at 5:30 am or later.

    @supritbeck 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    I have some queries regarding covid test..
    1- How long does it take to get the RT-PCR report?
    2- is there RT-PCR testing lab at the airport.?
    Please Help.

    • @WildIndianRover
      @WildIndianRover  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      1. Usually it will be around 6 hours to 24 hours, depending upon the lab you are going for the test.
      2. Not every airport, you need to find about the airport which you are flying from if they have rapid or regular RT-PCR lab available at the airport or not. If you are asking about Port Blair, then NO, they are not doing tests anymore and that is why you need to carry report before take-off.
