its a terrible shame Harada sensei was always portrayed this way with people not understanding what he was attempting to do and failing before they began and yes Bernards punch is poor , hard to do anything against an attack that is not committed, maybe i have wasted most of my life practicing this stuff ,however i know my path .

We sometimes do exercises that don’t look like much because we are trying to isolate and idea that we can later generalize to the martial art.

amigo esse karate do video é o shotokan da linhagem do Egami ou não ? pois shotokai as posturas são muita mais baixa que a do shotokan obrigado
